they kinda force the ending in and left space for a 2nd season there cuz the manga stopped so if they're not gonna have enough plot to keep going with the anime. i forgot what happened to the manga, what ever it is i want it to come back so bad

Actually, from 23 and onwards the plot is completely different from the manga. Raki doesn't know about Pracilla, and a 7 year time skip in which everyone from War of the North is presumed dead (7 remaining) and there's a slew of new numbers and Galatea goes awol during that time.
