Victor Viegas of Immersion had this to say about their newfound business agreement, "Our new business agreement with Sony Computer Entertainment is specifically intended to enable advanced vibration capability for the benefit of the PlayStation gaming community". It's unknown as to what product the vibration capability will be used in, but clearly force-feedback for the PS3 Sixaxis controller is now in the cards as long as Sony gives the go-ahead.From eXophase I say it's about damn time. Couldn't give a rats ass for the overpriced forced blu-ray player, but this is entirely untrue. You can open the controller and replace the battery, and there are 3rd party batteries already available.Also, from what Sony has said the battery has a considerably long lifespan.
