It's really just making sure your sub-conscious tells you your in a dream when your dreaming. Even if you don't have time you can accomplish it, you can, I'm pretty sure by the end of December I'll have at least one of these.

lately I've been trying to sleep while under a meditative state in order to have a lucid dream

 

so far I keep failing at step one :(

After the effects of caffeine have worn off for a day, it's pretty easy to put myself in a meditative state. However, it's not easy to remain in that state when going to sleep because, for some idiotic reason, my heart begins to beat faster when I lay down. It then becomes some kind of struggle.

Ugg, idk if that's a warning or something normal. There are reports on people experiencing heart attacks while doing this, idk if there are reports of them having them before the dream begins.
