Lucandrake Posted March 31, 2006 Posted March 31, 2006 Long story GC, point is, it's not in my living room anymore . Also, my control does that when there's no 360 near it.... yes I still have my 360 control.
Shibathedog Posted April 1, 2006 Author Posted April 1, 2006 maybe you should walk around the neighbors yard and try and find your 360 with the controller XD that sucks though...alot....and I guess the batteries where low because i put new ones in and it works fine now (it started not working at all) so i guess that battery bar on the dashboard is just innacurate
Lucandrake Posted April 1, 2006 Posted April 1, 2006 If you have a gba or a radio that uses double A batteries, I suggest you just buy a double a battery charger for $15 at walmart instead of getting the rechargable pack.
Shibathedog Posted April 1, 2006 Author Posted April 1, 2006 yeah i already have one, theres no way im going to buy a new set of AAs every 2 days
Lucandrake Posted April 2, 2006 Posted April 2, 2006 I had to do that my first 2 weeks, but then I bought the 360 charger, only to find out that my mom was to buy rechargable DA's next week.
LoRd_SnOw Posted April 2, 2006 Posted April 2, 2006 yep, got it today, it pwns, nothing has exploded/froze/caught on fire yet dont actually have any 360 games yet though because i was 5 dollars short >_< For some reason i cant download demos/trailers though because i guess the servers are way too overtaxed, i CAN download the live arcade demos though....yayyyyyy smash TV....totally buying that when i get MS points<{POST_SNAPBACK}>i suggest you try to download Project Gothem 3 from the Market Place. My replacement 360 had a major issue with it. which involved floating textures and pixels during gameplay after 8-10 mins.
ken_cinder Posted April 2, 2006 Posted April 2, 2006 I have G.R.A.W. for Xbox, and it's ok....but it's a far cry from the tactical shooter I'm used to. It's VERY VERY dumbed down, run-n-gun feeling. However I hear you have more control and can have more than 1 teammate in the 360 version, so I'm reserving judgement there till I play the 360 version. The Xbox version is sub-par for a Tom Clancy game though, so are the latest Rainbow Six games though......seems they're starting to cater more to the "Shoot Sh!t" speed FPSers, which really blows. I love my UT/Quake style games......but when I want tactical FPS, I want tactical FPS dammit!
Lucandrake Posted April 2, 2006 Posted April 2, 2006 You can start games on xblive gold account were you can go in with multiple people yes. Also you get 3 teamates that you can control at all times (Not go into there view). I haven't played the xbox version only the 360. O, and blazing angels, is amazing. But it turns out like Black REAL FAST.
ken_cinder Posted April 2, 2006 Posted April 2, 2006 I was referring to AI characters. Xbox Live is a waste of money, anyone with an IQ over 10 should know that
Lucandrake Posted April 2, 2006 Posted April 2, 2006 (edited) The second sentence was refering to the single player. If you only get one teamate in singleplayer on the xb version then your playing Ghost Recon 2.5. Edit: I wasn't sure which one you were refering to so I decided to answer both to the best of my knowledge. Edited April 2, 2006 by Drake
Shibathedog Posted April 2, 2006 Author Posted April 2, 2006 yeah Xbox games started feeling really crappy recently, I have a feeling developers care more about the 360 and the xbox is just secondary Ive had Xbox Live for 3 years now and i think i got my 150 out of it. I have had it mostly for the content downloads and things though. The multiplayer is pretty much needed though because no one on Xlink, XBConnect, Or That Gamespy thing plays anything but Halo 2 and sometimes Halo 1, So if you dont want to play halo online you need live for multiplayer.
Lucandrake Posted April 2, 2006 Posted April 2, 2006 I know that everyone on Xlink, XBConnect cheat. No doubt.
