oshisama
Hmm I dunno about that but I do know there are patches for PSX games that you can make Pal to NTSC, and vice versa. But I am not sure if thats what you're looking for?
L.S.D
it seems that WINISO is not the program to use to packed ISOs. maxconsole's people recommend UMDGEN and VCDROMX.

Shibathedog
i tried patching it, and it kinda worked, but the screen would be off center no matter what i tried teh game is Castlevania Symphony Of The Night BTW if anyone wants to try and find a specific patch (I couldnt)
ken_cinder
If the game has CDDA music, just rip the PAL copy to ISO+WAV and the NTSC one rip an ISO of the data track you have and replace the PAL one with it. Then use Sega Cue Maker and you're done.
Weirdy
I believe that if a game has CDDA sound, rip it in bin/img-cue, ccd, or MDS unless required by an emulator or something
Shibathedog
It has CDDA sound, but only that stupid bonus track, the actual game's music is on the disc somewhere i think.
