Two9A, first of all let me congratulate you on your constant progress.

I'm Beta Tester of Glide64, which i presume you know what it is :peopleseybrow:.

Anyway, if you would like me to, i would also like to beta test your emu :D.

Consider me as your servant from now on.

So just ask what you want me to test, and i will. I'll also do some testing on my own, and build a report.

:)

Edit: You may know it, but here's a sound demo page for when you start working with sound. http://tssf.i-web.net/gbastuff/

The demo, Dario.bin, works in the way that it doesn’t hang the emu, but what it displays is just wrong.

It should display something of this nature:

The demo RValentine.agb, works, but it's missing some blending modes.

Is this usefull in any way? If not, please specify in which other way may i be of use.

Indeed, since i've also tried a sprite test, and of course, just a blank screen.

I'm guessing sprites are simply not rendered, which is the wise thing to do until they are implemented.

Incredible :P

Mario 64 DS shows some scrolling lines at the start, then hangs the emu .

Then Metroid, hangs with the following ops:

As far as I know a Mario DS ROM does not exist. DarkFader, I believe, is the only dev with a card reader that can dump a ROM (another one is in the works here). Plus, isn't it impossible that DSEmu could emulate a DS game since I don't think any support for the ARM9 has been coded?

In short, that is not a real dump of Mario.

I know. I've seen that. What I'm saying is that the ROM you are running is a FAKE. The only real DS ROM available as of right now is the Metroid demo that DarkFader dumped.

I would like to ask you guys to not have conversations in this thread, just bug reporting. Thanks.

Heyya. I tried version.d recently, but I can't see a thing - just a black screen (and I did try stuff like afire.bin). The frame FPS thing is running, but the screen is blank and so are the pallete & memory viewers. The log shows no errors, the path to the emu is fine (short), hmm... I'm using a win98.

Yes. I did (even though I think two9 should make an option for roms to autoload, it's kinda irrating now).

And I edited my last post. sorry for it being crappy before.

For some test ROMs the screen is just black, because there are no graphics. The sole purpose of the ROM is to test a particular function. ROMs like testdiv, testadd, testemul, etc.

But afire.gba is meant to be a graphical test. I don't know what's up. Do you not see graphics on any test ROMs?
