Agozer Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 Dead Space: Extraction is pretty damn neat, at least as far as the demo goes. Good atmosphere. Works with the SIXAXIS fairly well, although it's really hard to hit supply crates while moving; Rail Shooters are kinda frustrating in that respect. It's clearly a title for the PS Move.

I'm playing Star Ocean the Last Hope International version, and re-playing Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2. I actually rented these games from Gamefly and then copied them to my harddrive with a backup manager, Star Ocean is 20GB, I already purchased a 500GB for my slim because right now these games are eating all of my harddrive space.

But feel like the levels are shorter than DS1 since i breezed through the levels in Veteran in 3-4 days. But still, very good stuffs. but the end boss kinda meh

I finished the first boss and met this one guy with elf ears and green hair. I didn't even play Dead Space 2, I already predicted what the experience would be like, and decided it's not what I want. No more playing certain games just because they exist.

After using my sexperience I got it running, really enjoying it so far, cant wait to get stuck in again tomorrow, can any of you guys give me a heads up on which weapons are worth the time?????

If you have a good aim, it is more than enough for you to play through the missions.
emsley Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 yea I Remember last time round that the plasma cutter if upgraded would of done most of the jobs as we went on, Im gonna get the original dead space as soon as I can.you do need some kind of exsplosive floor clearer though, i like the line cutter as a big "one shot and its done" but those stupid mines it throws out are pretty useles i dont seem to be able to remote detonate them
emsley Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Not liking the mine thrower - its hard to anticipate which way they are gonna come at you, and its weak when its just fired and it smacks the enemys. Plasma cutter, pulse rifle, and line gun have all done a good job for me so far, these seem to be the three that are my prefered weapons, the last slot im still experimenting but I have taken a liking to the force shove gun

Agozer Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 Finally got Dead Space 2 Limited Edititon for a relatively cheap. Love the beginning of the game so far. How nice of them to pit armorless Isaac with no Plasma Cutter against two or three Necromorphs.
