well, im all for it, but i think we have enough sections on these forums as it is. cause, if we do anime, it would only be fair to do a movie section, cartoon section and a tv section. we already have quite a large page as it is. but, like i said, i like the idea of it. i think i'll vote "maybe".

hmm...funny stories? which to choose. i have so many i could write a book. i could tell you about the time, back when a friend of mine and myself were in high school, where we were blessed with the opportunity to see a bunch of chicks naked. it was during physical education class, or gym for short, and we were caught skipping by our coach. as "punishment", we were sent to a closet located in the girls locker room. the locker room was ofcouse empty because class was in session. there, we were to put together a bunch of netted goals for the field hockey team. as we were going this, time flew by, and soon we started to hear some noise coming from outside the closet. the door to the room was one of those where the top and bottom swing free of each other, ya know? so, this leaves a bit of a crack in between... perfect for looking through. ofcourse, we took a peek, and were happy to find that the whole girls gym class was there, getting undressed. awww... it was a horny high school boy's dream come true. most of these girls i knew very well. so, seeing them naked was kinda weird, not that im complaining or anything. facing them afterwards though, without them knowing what had happened, was a little strange... but still funny. eventually, the girls left, and our coach came walking back in. she had forgotten all about us. and if that wasnt enough, can you believe we were able to con our way back into that closet the next day. now, i bet you can guess what happened then, huh?

i havent played it yet either. i do plan on getting the gamecube version soon, though. i cant wait to try out good 'ol link. sc2 and f-zero gx are the two games next on my list to buy.

war will always exist. its existance has little to do with "the darkside of man"... we just gave it a name. good? evil? these two words have no meaning what so ever in the greater scheme of things. they are words based on opinion that just over shadow the reality of it all. is the wolf, that chases down the rabbit, evil? no, ofcourse not. he is only doing so in order to survive. its the same reason that the rabbit runs. survival, of one's self, is one of two basic motivations held by every single living thing on this planet. so, one may ask, how does this relate to humans, and the wars we create and take part in? we too are animals, and like the wolf and rabbit, we are also driven by this same goal... to survive. whatever the reason, be it religion, government, or something as simple as hunger. when one is threatened, there are two options. one can either run, or fight. when both sides of a conflict choose to fight, you then have war. even if you were to rid the world of religion, government, money, etc. everything that fuels the human race's motivations for war... war would still exist, and, it will do so, long after we are gone.

dito. i rarely have any problems with pc hardware, software, etc., yet, that doesnt mean that i havent in the past. if anyone has a problem, chances are that i have faced the same obstacle once myself, and i would be happy to help if i can. although i dont post much nowadays, i do visit the forums frequently, so im always available to help anyone in need.

war is a natural thing. all lifeforms on this planet take part in war, whatever the reason. war is part of life. one cant just say, "Bye-bye.", to war, and expect everything, thereafter, to be peaches and cream. without war, we would just be a bunch of hairless monkeys. on second thought, we probably wouldnt even be that much. and what about all the other animals on this planet? yes, we are animals too, and we are all here because of war. it isnt pretty, but, its the truth. the most we can hope for is a healthy balance of both war and peace, but war aint goin nowhere.

i agree. there isnt one thing that they have on their ftp, that you cant get by other means. you just have to apply a little effort, is all. while we are on the subject, i also dislike their forums. they are way too strict with what people are aload to post and say. who needs it?

i look at it this way... take ants for example. do they know we exist? its probably safe to say that they do not. now put our selves in their shoes. its then easy to imagine that there is another life form living amoung us, right under our noses, or over our noses rather, and we've got very little idea.

i havent bought (or downloaded ) any pc games in a LONG time. ive been mostly consentrating on games for my cubey. ME! needs f-zero gx and soul calibur 2.

ok. go to the top of the page, you will see a button that says "user cp". click on that. now, on the left of the page, go down a bit and click on "Edit Avatar Settings". you can now choose to either pick an avatar, the icon thing you are speaking of, from a preastablished gallery, or you may link to an offsite avatar by entering the url, or you may even upload an avatar. it would then be added to the gallery aswell, for others to choose if they wish. if you need anymore help, just let me know.

it was mostly changed for security reasons. i agree though, it doesnt look as cool as the old board, especially the mars template and even the space template. they were pretty cool looking. oh well... maybe there are some cool templates available for invision board. i'll look around.

hmm... well, i guess im a bit of a nintendo fanboy, or cant you tell? i did, though, put alot of thought into what nextgen console i would purchase. i made a deal with myself that i wouldnt purchase all three, since i have very limited time inwhich to play them. so, i waited about a year, and just watched what types of games were coming out for each system. let me mention that i have never been one for violent games or movies. ive had too much violence in my life... what i need is an escape from it. so, one thing i was looking for was a greater majority of "rated E for everyone" type of games. another thing was that, last time around, i purchased a psx instead of an n64. the n64 is the only nintendo console i have never owned. im sorry to say, but i was rather disappointed with the psx. dont get me wrong, it was a good system with some good games, but, i found very few that gained my intrest. then, finally getting a chance to play the n64 6 months later, just made me dislike the psx even more. i guess i also missed the familar characters, such as mario and link. i decided then that i would stick with nintendo in the future when shopping for a console. i still do play my playstation, though, but only 2 or 3 games, the rest gather dust. so, with all that said, i finally decided on the gamecube. im pretty happy with it too. the games are great, and i never get tired of playing them several times over. with more good games on the way, i will most definately never get bored with my cube, like i did with the psx. im sure every console has its strong points. its just that the cube has what i was looking for. that doesnt mean that the ps2 and xbox are bad. life is too short to give a cr@p what anyone else thinks about the console you most favor. its just stupid.

i dont really see the point of having a cordless mouse, unless you sit incredibly far from your pc and can work the mouse on your lap or something... idunno. i have a non-cordless mouse and i have no complaints.

GOD i hated school when i was young. thankfully that is all over with. you are just starting high school? man... i feel sorry for you.
