  1. Real quick though Magnis or anyone else if they know the answer to this question, do a lot if not most ps2, and xbox games not fit on cdr's? I mean the size of some of these great games must be huge? NO? Thanks in advance for all answers.
  2. The good members of the site to the rescue once again .
  3. Theres others ways of getting ISOS try gamecops software, and if that don't help all that much just wait for the extreme new software of his then you should be straight.
  4. I am sure a hacked up version will pop up sooner or latter , I really do like the neorage hacked versions thus far.
  5. I wonder who out of these 2 top big boy game companys will be on top in the next round of system wars, I know ps2 is winning this war compared to the xbox, and I have a feeling it will win the whole darn war but the xbox will gain some fuel, and fan base the second coming, that just me in my opinion. The xbox if it continues buying it's competition out like it has been as of late, mircosoft mite just bye it's way to the top, which would kinda suck, but hey all is fair in love, and war right? Also if you noticed I did not add the next Nintendo system here because even though I am almost positive there will be a new Nintendo system hitting the market. I just don't see it as a valid player for the top ranking spot anytime soon. Hopefully now with the new leadership behind the great company it wont lose any of its charm but improve where it can be a front line fighter once again in the system wars.
  6. Thats freakin outstanding Magnis the ISO GOD has continued his greatness , though do you have any info if there mite be a way to do this burning, and playing stuff on ps2 with out the use of a mod chip, if at all possible??? thanks .
  7. Sweet, it's good to see that the gba sites are poping up more, easier to find lately, and lasting around a bit longer.
  8. Thats incredible stuff right there, someones full of talent .
  9. I still recall when this site, and forum first went up, I could not beleave that it would morph into what it is today, for the newer people who did not get to see what was before, it was good and all dont get me wrong but notting near as good as this. From the software side of the house to the forum side of the site. This site is growing by the minute it seems, and I could just try to picture what the man...GAMECOP has in store for us next, all I CAN SAY IS STICK AROUND FOR SOME HUGE THINGS TO come, no I did not get this from the man himself gamecop it's just one of those gut instincts, and I think the more longer time members here will tell you the same, gamecop keeps pulling rabbits out of his hat when you least expect it, and DONT FORGET THE MAN HAS A TRUE ASSET TO THE EMULATION SCENE LIKE NO OTHER IF YOU ASK ME the one....THE ONLY MAGNIS, that man is a EMULATION SOURCE LIBARY, and how can we forget about ALEXIS, DREAMCAST LOVER, IJTF_Cinder ( HOW COULD YOU NOT MENTION THE FTP GOD ), ME!, these are the top names that come to mind. But trust me the rest of the folks that help out with the site or just post knowledge are just that really knowledgeable, so trust them, and your in for a surprise in finding out all your emulation needs. This site seems to really have quite a bit of an all star roster when it comes to emualtion scene knowledge so if your either new to the scene or someone a tad less experienced in the more undergroud part of the scene, my friend you are in luck. I know this is kinda off topic to this area of the forum but I feel it was a good spot to post this subject, thank you all for your hard work, and patience in helping you all rule .
  10. Sounds to me like some retart out there decided to play some VIRUS jokes or something, you should at least try asking here at this site to see if something like this has been heard of, and also everone please be careful, I heard that there a neogeo ragex 10 that is giving out some nasty virus's. As most of you folks know there is no higher version right now then neo rage x 9, and that too is a not an offical version but 10 is just a virus and a sick joke if you ask me. I hear you get it mainly from p2p services like Kazza. So be on the look out, and keep your norton anti virus's hot on the use side.
  11. Outstanding dude, the main good part about waiting for the software is knowing that gamecop is adding the best features and thinking up some added stuff to throw in there. What a cool dude, and just think the man is a real asset to the emulation scene mainly cause he dont charge a darn thing. Thanks you much for the support you give us and the emulation scene your rule dude.

  20. "JoshMan" has posted the following over at the NEStron website: Well, it's been awhile since my last update, I figured I should let everyone know what's going on. Time has been scarce lately. School is kinda rough especially now right before Thanksgiving Break, and between regular school, homework, and weightlifting, I haven't really had any time to work on either of the "NEStron!" emulators for a while. Neither of them is cancelled. I think I'm going to release a new version of NEStron sometime next week. Mapper 9 and 10 support are still a little flaky, so they won't come the new version, but everything else that I mentioned in the last update will be there. Super NEStron is currently in the stage that usually kills about 75% of all emulators built - CPU emulation debugging. I can't really say when I will finally be able to find the hidden culprit, considering what little time I actually spending working on it. So for now I'm going to make the development of Super NEStron private. This means that it may be a while before it comes out (if at all). One more thing - I think I might want to add a "movies" section to this website, so if you have any NES movies that you've created and you want to put them up for others to download, you can send them to me at joshman@emuunlim.com. Please attach a ".zip" file containing the NES movie and a.txt file containing: The title of the game Description of the movie (what you do in it) Your name (or handle, such as "JoshMan" or "Mighty Mo", etc.) Please enter "NES Movie" as the subject of the E-mail. And please, the movies should be semi-impressive. Don't send me a movie of you "dying really bad." Well, have a happy Sunday, everyone. - JoshMan
  21. "Xodnizel" has done a post in the FCE Ultra forums explaining why he no longer has the 'desire' to work on FCE Ultra. Here's what he had to say: I'm going to commit the debugger code to cvs added to the Windows port and make a list of all bugs that need to be fixed and add it to the TODO, then officially end work on FCE Ultra. Besides not having very much time for it anymore, I really lost the desire to work on it a month or two ago. The improved sound emulation was sort of my ultimate goal, and now that it's reached... If anyone wants to be in head of continuing the "project", email me at xodnizel@starmen.net with your qualifications and why you want to continue it(or you could just reply here, which would probably be better). I'll still work on Festalon(NSF player) for a few weeks, then make a release. If anyone wants to be in charge of it as well, reply here. Get the info from the offical site itself at - http://fceultra.sourceforge.net/ Read the thread at - http://forum.starmen.net/cgi-bin/ultimateb...c;f=18;t=000123
