The PXE messages mean that it is trying to boot off the network. (we use a PXE server at work) Some bioses will try that after all the other boot options have failed. Since your disk can be seen (but not booted from), your boot sector might be corrupt.

Seriously, seriously, it is easy to find those roms, they are on every MAME rom site in existence. You know we can't give you the actual site names, but a minute or two with google will get you to some good places.

The author might say it works, but it doesn't. Most homebrew crashes it, although there was the occasional black screen instead. EDIT: ok, looks like it is made to suit the newer psp software: emulators and homebrew that works with downgraders etc. So, PSPcolem works. I was trying to use the really old stuff, made for fw1.0 and which works with PSPE 0.9b. Perhaps this emulator might support these in a later release.
