Winkawaks works fine, make sure you download it from the official site: http://cps2shock.retrogames.com/download.html Unfortunately the site is down right now, due to the usual problems with ztnet hosting. Or you can download from a reputable place such as emulator zone, emuhq or emu-france. Otherwise, you have a big problem in your computer. Try unzipping it on another computer, then you'll know for sure.

I've had 4gb ram in my XP machine for years. And if you have more than that, there's a boot.ini switch to enable it.
