Uhhh...actually I'd say a good deal of the sites are in english whether they're American or not. Plus who really cares what language they're in? It's just what they're doing that's important. Canadians and Americans are still big in the community, I don't know where you're getting this "foreign" from. The whole worls doesn't have to be english, honestly.

In any case elecbyte is currently dead. No one really know the reason for sure, but alot of blame is going to the Brazilian community. But, as the TeamPlayer said, people hacking and stealing is a huge problem especially within the mugen community. But blaming a single segment for it all doesn't seem right, even with their past screw-ups. No pint in worrying about it here anyways, there's nothing anyone can really do at this point.

Well, you could use Adobe Photoshop or ImageReady. As well as PaintShop Pro. They each have many options like transparencies and whatnot. If you intend to download them I think they're relatively large files...

That's the way to go, with Rock Howard. You can use a similar strategy with evil ryu, except when he attacks when you haven't used your counter move, use his elbow smash in the middle of Ryu's attack and it will work as a counter. However there are times when I find Aoao's Ky alot harder than others mentioned here, maybe his AI fighting style is just too different from that of my own. EDIT: OMG, TDS, you're here?!
