You don't need any sort of patch to enable blood. Just turn on the test dip switch, reset the game, and go into the software dips for the game and turn blood on.

Is there any easy way of getting a game to think it has been running long enough to unlock the time release features in mame? Would it be as simple as downloading a nvram or save state file maybe? I don't want to have to leave sfa3 running for months, just to be able to use Balrog, Juni, and Juli, and any of the secret play modes.

I agree... I'm sure worries about being sued by the RIAA do factor into the drop in illegal downloading (how do they measure such things anyway). But I think the fact that most new stuff is crap has also affected the amount of downloads.

Same here... especially after James compiled a command line version. I can now use it with emuloader! Yay! Although I can't seem to find Power Instinct Matrimelee listed. Am I just missing something?
