right now its Intel specially the HT ones
Well the HT is only program specific, just like AMD's 64 bit. Do you have any programs that use HT? I didn't know of any that have come out except for like Photoshop.
But AMD's HT (Hyper Transport) owns all. It will make new I/O devices communicate at around 13 Gb/s!

This doesn't really deal with KOF2003 but KOF as a whole. I want Geese to come back! If you play as Fatal Fury team and beat the Outlaw team(If Billy is the last one you fight or their leader) with Terry, he says "Tell your boss after KOF, I'm coming after him!"
There must be some more Geese!
And a question on the Kaillera thing, does it play well over 56K?

I don't think we can. Just SNK/Playmore. Or maybe it's an ULTRA cheat code. I don't know but so far I haven't heard anything about him being selectable.

The local skating rink still has Metal Slug 1 so I still play it when I'm there. But never more than a dollar's worth, I mean I have the rom.

as for cps3, get a dreamcast all cps3 games except one was released on dc and can be found easy on newsgroups or some irc chans while the system will cost you 20-30 bucks
I think I'm going to do that. But only when I move out of home which should be in 2-3 years.

But since I'm a nice guy I'll say there is an updated bios you can download. It's somewhere in pages 13-30. That's all I can remember. And there is a code which is really tricky to pull off.

the uni-bios works the problem is you cannot see it

Shingo uses the same style as Kyo, but he doesn't have fire.
He randomly throws some fire, but only if the moves don't hit. It's hard to see; just a little spark

I have an old version of Garou (I got it 3 years ago) and I've been playing it on NeoRage, but I want to also play it in Nebula/Kawaks. Where can I find out what I have to change my ROM's files names to?

But Bush is making government policy that makes it easier for companies to do whatever the hell they went. He hasn't tried to limit the amount of outsourcing of American jobs. Industry has gone to crap and when was the last time you wore something made in America. Bush had the chance to change that during his presidency. He's a conservative, that's what they're supposed to do, keep jobs here. He got out of the Kyoto Agreement and he just signed that new law, forget the name of it but it deals with trees. Well it isn't that Bush is bad man, but he's surrounded by crooks (Cheney, Rice, Powell (to a lesser extent), Rumsfield, Ashcroft, Tenet, etc. etc. etc.) He has downplayed domestic issues and the War on Terror for the War on Iraq.
Oh everyone can be bought. If I were a politician, I'd be sold the day I got to Washington. flock the people, if they were intelligent they wouldn't have voted for me.
And I'm pro-choice. Hell I'm pro-abortion. Too many stupid people having too many children. People should take a test after they become pregent. If they don't pass the test, the child gets aborted! Just like a computer program, ABORT! No RETRY! Because they FAILed! Gehehehe, stupid DOS jokes
