You can try NeoRage EGCG which you can find in the Primary site link in Agozer's sig.

FBA plays NeoGeo and CPS games. But FBA saves it as input recording files (*.fr) I think. I don't use it but I know it does that.

I'm pretty sure FBA can do it so if you want you can give that a try.

I got the latest demo for Painkiller with the latest graphical updates and it looks pretty damn good.
