  3. well im sure there is a version of mame for psp caled mame4all. there is also a dreamcast version and gp2x version. i remember seeing a compatibility list a while ago,and games like the ninja turtles, eswat, the simpsons andsuch were compatible im sure this is the best version of mame for psp. but i was wondering if there had been an update with better compatibility. as far i can see itll play games from the early 80s and early90s. cps1 and 2 games have their own emulators for psp running at full speed. ill do a search on mame4all psp compatibility Cool. Post back with your findings..... (I know you will, I just wanted to say it. )
  4. I'd like to know the answer to this, too. I have emulators for nes, snes, genesis/master system, gameboy, etc on my psp, but no mame...
  5. Well, when I was younger I used to walk around the house in my sleep and hold conversations I didn't even remember. Like I'd be watching tv, someone would ask me what I was doing and I'd answer "I'm watching tv, what's it look like?" or something. But if I was told to go back to bed I would, apparently. It hasn't happened to me in a least 8 or 9 years, but it used to be so common that the doors were always locked so I didn't get out and I always had to sleep on the 1st floor. I did know a friend of mine that woke up standing in a field at 3 am, though. Glad that never happened to me.
  6. Here's some of my favorites. (Bear with me, I'm a dreamcast nut.) Alien Front Online Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare Blue Stinger Cannon Spike Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001 Carrier Chaos Field Crazy Taxi Dead or Alive 2 Death Crimson OX Dino Crisis Dynamite Cop Expendable Fatal Fury: Mark of the Wolves (for some reason it was called this in the us instead of Garou:motw) Fur Fighters Gauntlet Legends Grand Theft Auto 2 Grandia II Gunbird 2 The House of the Dead 2 ILLBLEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(Possibly my favorite game) JoJo's Bizarre Adventure King Of Fighters '99 Last Blade 2 Maken X (The American version edited out the fight against the pope. Lame.) Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes MDK2 Mortal Kombat Gold Mr. Driller Namco Museum Nightmare Creatures 2 Phantasy Star Online Phantasy Star Online Version 2 Power Stone (There's a character that looks like Jackie Chan and can go supersaiyan. Genius!!!) Power Stone 2 Project Justice-Rival Schools 2 Q*bert Quake 3 Arena Ready to Rumble Boxing Record of Lodoss War Red Dog: Superior Firepower Resident Evil 2,3 and Code Veronica Samba De Amigo Shenmue Soul Calibur Street Fighter Alpha 3 Sword of The Berserk: Gut's Rage (Love this one, too. Cool creatures, Great boos fights. Good stuff.) Time Stalkers The Typing of the Dead Unreal Tournament Urban Chaos Vigilante 8: Second Offense Zombie Revenge (Played the crap out of this. It never gets old.) Well, that's the list of titles that stood out to me. They're not ALL the "best games ever" but Dreamcast will never leave my heart or my tv stand.
  7. Because Fatal Fury is the american name. Garou is the japanese name, although in some regions it was called Garou: Mark of the Wolves (excluding Japan). Anyways, Dreamcast is The Fighting Game system besides the PS2. So take a wild guess at what my favorite DC games are. Beyond those, PSO is still a heavy favorite of mine, Fire Pro Wrestling D (6 VMUs worth of saves) and Ikaruga. Thanks for the info. But I edited that out of my post when I realized I didn't put them into genres (Not having paid close attention to the first post. ) I'm going to put the whole list of my faves in a more appropriate thread.
  8. Arcade shooter/top down style shooter: Cannon Spike Horror/Action:ILLBLEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(Possibly my favorite game) Puzzle(?):Mr. Driller Fighting: Power Stone (There's a character that looks like Jackie Chan and can go supersaiyan. 10. Wait, is it NAruto peroid or just naruto dubbed!? Cuz I had nothing against him when watching subs. but when I heard him on the US! The annoying voice and "Believe it"(glad they stopped that) made me hate him. Yeah, the BELIEVE IT!!!! on the dub killed it for me.
  11. Possibly the best scene ever__________________ Mystery Man: "Call Me. Dial your number. Go ahead." [Fred dials the number and the Mystery Man answers] Mystery Man: [over the phone] "I told you I was here." Fred Madison: [amused] "How'd you do that?" Mystery Man: "Ask me." [Fred remembers the anonymous video tapes] Fred Madison: [angrily into the phone] "How did you get inside my house?" Mystery Man: "You invited me. It is not my custom to go where I am not wanted." Fred Madison: [into the phone] "Who are you?" [both Mystery Men laugh mechanically] Mystery Man: "Give me back my phone." [Fred gives the phone back] Mystery Man: "It's been a pleasure talking to you."

  14. Don't give up! Cheese is there for you!! Try it!! Try all you can!! (But take a breather now and then, that can be bad for your digestive system.)
  15. I think there needs to be some kind of link trading happening. Like all the affiliates 1 emulation has (Mugenguild especially) should have links to here if they don't already. That alone would increase the traffic to here. Probably. We already do that with MugenGuild. You can see our affiliate button on the main page of MugenGuild and on the bottom of their forums. Valodim, owner of MugenGuild, is also an ambassador here, as well as I am an ambassador on MugenGuild. As one can tell, we're good friends. Hmm... are there any other sites you could do that with? Like Mugen infantry for example?
  16. Like gamecop said first and foremost you need an emulator to rip the sprites to make characters in mugen.Plus the same people who play say, marvel vs capcom or king of fighters on mame would probably be interested to know they could make a custom fighting game with all those fighters together. The "scenes" so to speak of emulation and mugen are very closely linked and mostly include people from both. And this site isn't 100% emulation topics anyway. The lounge is all non-emulation stuff and it's still here, and people enjoy it. So in short it is related and has a right to be here. And people like bambi, kuroioni and myself that are already here and interested in mugen shouldn't be forced to go elsewhere to talk about it.

  18. if you read the comments, #7 was actually staged and it was a video telling students to turn off their cell phones during class link to full vid Dammit! Now I feel like I got punk'd. What a bunch of bullshit! Ah, that's the downside of youtube I guess. Don't feel bad, GC. They got me too.
  19. Gain ground is sweet. I still play it. Edit: I forgot to add Illbleed. I've played through that more than any game, maybe. Also for Dreamcast I love that game based on the "Berserk" manga-I can't remember the exact name. it wasn't perfect, but It's cool. Also, it used reaction moments like we would see later in RE4. Wow. I think wizard was right. All the games for dreamcast are hidden gems.
  20. I commonly hear things that remind me of scenes and I find myself quoting lines from movies. Are there any quotes that are your favorites or ones that you find yourself saying in conversations? Before i posted this I was thinking about the one in spaceballs- "I knew it. I'm surrounded by assholes!." Edit: Fixed thanks to reaperman. (Not good luck to start out a topic with a wonky post huh? )
  21. i enjoy cottage cheese. i usually put season salt or fritos in mine.
