Hey everyone. I'm kind of new here, as I've been browsing 1emulation for awhile, but this is my first topic. I was just wondering if you guys had any recommendations on tv tuner cards and graphics cards. I have a Windows Xp 2.4 ghz Pentium 4 processor with 512 megs of ram. I am on the computer a lot and would like to watch some tv programs without leaving it. My computer says it has a tv tuner installed, but I did some research on it as well as talking with a friend and apparently it only takes RCA input. So I am looking for a cheap, decent quality tv tuner card. I am used to regular analog tv signals, so as long as the picture is pretty good than I'm ok with it. I have searched online and found a Leadtek card that has pretty good reviews and is only $30 from Newegg. Do any of you have any recommendations as to any specific cards I should get? Keep in mind Id like it to be around $30, have decent quality, and if it only has one cable analog input, Im ok with that. I transfer all my digital camera footage to my computer through firewire, so I don't need the S-Video port. Also, I am looking for a new graphics card. Right now I have an Nvidia Geforce2 Mx 400. Apparently (according to the internet) the mx series is not very good. It does not have pixel or vertex shader support, and its pretty slow. All of my games' quality are limited by the card. I know the fact that I have a 3 year old computer with 512 ram doesn't help, but a new graphics card will still make a difference, won't it? If you guys think I just need to buy a new computer, let me know. Otherwise, you guys have any recommendations on this? I'd prefer it be an Nvidia card under $100 unless you can convince me otherwise. Thank you so much for the help, I really appreciate it! Also, feel free to call me Jake
