      aa: controls subwin: fixed: digits were being drawn in wrong position.
      aa: fixed: qualifier keys could become stuck when opening subwindows.
      aa: fixed: "run to rastline <n>" via mouse was using wrong coordinates
       and was running twice.
      arcadia: added knowledge about 6 japanese homebrews.
      aa: fixed: opening tape deck subwindow could alter scaling.
      aa: binbug,cd2650: floppy subwin: fixed: tooltips were not being shown.
      arcadia: fixed: some games could cause a host crash (fixes windworld).
