    Release notes for 1.71

     

    * Added kill/death statistics to all Medal of Honor: Allied Assault games.

    * Added the most recently played game to the top of the Tools | Launch menu.

    * Added the ability to detect all games at the bottom of the Tools | Launch menu.

    * Fixed Xfire screenshots (Scroll Lock + S) for Battlefront 1 & 2 and games with 2x and 4x antialiasing.

    * Simplified the add friend interface.

    * Added reporting of errors when opening a file to save a personal file transfer from a friend.

    * Fixed problem with extra line ending characters in chat logs.

    * Fixed extraneous lines when ending a chat in chat logs.

    * Fixed detection of Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.

    * Fixed joining servers with an rcon password.

    * Fixed scrolling problem when resizing chat windows horizontally.

    * Fixed drawing problem with maximized chat windows when the infoview is open or closed.

    * Fixed support and in-game issues with Trackmania Original and TM Sunshine.

    * New games supported: Mythos, Soldier Front, The Sims Life Stories, Maelstrom, The Curse of Monkey Island, Escape from Monkey Island, TMNT Demo, Warhammer Mark of Chaos MP Demo, Trackmania United, Absolute Poker.com, Doyles Room.com, Everest Poker.com, Full Tilt Poker.com, Paradise Poker.com, PKR.com, Ultimate Bet.com, WPTOnline.com, and Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars Demo.

     

    Release 1.70 had a serious crash flaw and was replaced by 1.71.

    Another year and another dosbox version, again more speedups and compatibility fixes.

     

    * Speed up the dynamic cpu core (certain games get much faster).

     

    * Add a dynamic fpu on x86 hosts.

     

    * Improve the cycle guessing code (and make it default).

     

    * Better and more configurable joystick support.

     

    * Improve the image and fat drives.

     

    * Add nullmodem emulation.

     

    * Various win 3.x enhanchments (video/audio/ems/win32s).

     

    * Improve CDROM detection and support.

     

    * Speed up the screen drawing code.

     

    * Add support for different keyboard layouts.

     

    * Various fixes to the (C/E/V)GA emulation.

     

    * Extend and improve all types of emulated memory. (umb/ems/xms)

     

    * Dynamic core should work on Intel Macs.

     

    * Various timer related fixes.

     

    * Added a few more graphic scalers.

    Ootake v0.98 Released

    - In start demo of "Dragon Slayer Eiyuu Densetsu", the part where the scroll

    was rough (generated from v0.96) was corrected.

    - When "Martial Champion" is started, not six-button pad but three-button

    pad is connected by the automatic operation.

    - When the window of Ootake is minimized, the window was not automatically

    activated. When the "hes file (PCE Music File)" is playing BGM and your

    other work is being done, it became easy to select music with the joypad.

    - Additionally, a detailed part has been improved and corrected.

    PSPSIM v1.0.4 Released

    SamCoupe Emulator for PSP

    Hi All,

     

    Here is a new version of PSPSim the SamCoupe Emulator for PSP.

     

    For those who haven't seen previous versions, SimCoupe emulates

    a SAM Coupe - an 8-bit, Z80-based home computer released in 1989

    by Miles Gordon Technology.

     

    For more information on the machine itself, including history

    and technical specification you can go on the SimCoupe Web site.

     

    What's new in version 1.0.4 :

     

    - New graphical functions with new smoother render modes.

    It uses the PSP GPU for rendering, it does not run faster,

    but it's a lot smoother.

    - Multiple keyboard mapping feature (Thanks to Pou-chan) :

    You can now toggle between three differents keyboard mapping using

    - Bug fix in Rom file requester

    - Add help menu
