Shibathedog Posted August 30, 2004 Posted August 30, 2004 I found a great auction on an NES on ebay, its not my auction, i would never sell my beloved NES so im not advertising. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...8127994553&rd=1 It seems like kinda a high price, but look at the NES! I dont think ive ever seen such a white NES!
Ghosty Posted August 30, 2004 Posted August 30, 2004 The Bid Price Is Good The Buy-It-Now Price Is A Little high, I Bought Mine For $30 With Every Thing Except The Ac Adapter But I Found An A Dapter That Worked Well Bid First. And Your Right, Damn Is That White I Might Just Try To Get It
Shibathedog Posted September 2, 2004 Author Posted September 2, 2004 i dont even remember them being that white when they where new (well actually i bought mine around the time the SNES came out, i got my SNES first)
Ghosty Posted September 2, 2004 Posted September 2, 2004 No It's Not That White It's Gray, I Just Took A Picture Of Mine(Gray) And The Picture Turned Out White, It Was Probally The Lighting And Flash.
Shibathedog Posted September 2, 2004 Author Posted September 2, 2004 ah, that would make sense, well at least that means its shiny
Agozer Posted September 2, 2004 Posted September 2, 2004 Just get an emu.Yeah yeah, but being retro has it's own appeals.
Ghosty Posted September 2, 2004 Posted September 2, 2004 And If You Do Have A Nes Like Most Of use You'll Know That Playing With A Nes Controller Is A Lot Lesier Than Useing A Keyboard, For Nes Games Anyways...
Shibathedog Posted September 2, 2004 Author Posted September 2, 2004 yeah, plus the real thing...is just...the real thing....you get that....feeling
Salem Posted September 4, 2004 Posted September 4, 2004 I still have my old NES. Unfortunately it's not in the best of shape anymore But it still works good last time I tried.
Ghosty Posted September 4, 2004 Posted September 4, 2004 I still have my old NES. Unfortunately it's not in the best of shape anymore But it still works good last time I tried.I Know What You Mean, My Nes:I Put On Temporary Tattoos On THe Nintendo Ent Sys Words And Now I can Seem To Get Them Off Temporary My Ass! Oh And I Remember Seeing A REALLY Nice Nes At Goodwill, sadly My Mom Was Like: NO We Don't Even Know If It Works! I Didn't Care But My Mom Had The Money
Shibathedog Posted September 5, 2004 Author Posted September 5, 2004 yeah man, i just bought like 5 Sega saturns and a shitload of NES games at Salvation Army, that place rules.
Jiggs Posted October 7, 2004 Posted October 7, 2004 Shiba: Do you have little kid's hands or something? Playing on a keyboard is much easier on my hands.
Shibathedog Posted October 7, 2004 Author Posted October 7, 2004 no, i just enjoy the original experience. I actually have pretty large hands. Oh BTW, Random comment/story: My friend Dans NES is REALLY screwed up, it wont read ANY game right, because the contacts are screwed, and everything looks a bit scrambled, but its still playable. Anyway, if you tap the left side, The NES pauses your game (like pressing the start button) but wont unpause it, you have to use the controller. If you tap the top of the NES, it resets the unit, If you tap the back of the NES, it turns off, and if you tap the left side or front, it resets and starts resetting and resetting. Pretty screwed up NES aint it?
