Gryph Posted July 14, 2004 Author Posted July 14, 2004 People are now speculating. FPS or 3rd Person. What the people say: DON'T GIVE US MORROWIND.I don't think Bethesda would make that grave a mistake to make it first or 3rd person and alienate all the fans. I wouldn't mind it much since I love the Elder Scroll series.
OverlordMondo Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 I've only played Morrowind, which is Elder Scrolls three right? But it's fun. I don't see how it could make Fallout bad. I think Shadowrun might work well in such a fashion, too. Which is what I'm reeeeeely hoping for because I'm such an SR geek.
Skythe Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 I would like Fallout 3 to look (P.O.V.) exactly like the previous two.
Gryph Posted July 14, 2004 Author Posted July 14, 2004 I would like Fallout 3 to look (P.O.V.) exactly like the previous two.And with a rotatable isometric view, that would pure hardcoreness.
Gryph Posted July 14, 2004 Author Posted July 14, 2004 whats fallout?.. never heard of it.. Fallout is one of the greatest (my favorite) RPG. It's a turn based "Post Nuclear Role Playing Game." You should really get a copy of those games and play them. Anyway, here are some pics of the first incarnation of Fallout 3. KEEP IN MIND! THIS PICS ARE OLD! This is NOT what Bethesda is doing. I'm sure most of you have seen these pics before. But this kind of view would be perfect for Fallout 3. 56K WARNING
OverlordMondo Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 I saw a package of the first two at Target for 10 dollars. But I can't find it anymore...which sucks because the only copy I have IS copied, and tends not to install or play right. Find the GECK!

I bought one since when I first played those games I had warez copies.
Gryph Posted July 14, 2004 Author Posted July 14, 2004 http://www.nma-fallout.com/ That's probably the best Fallout website. Everything you want to know about Fallout is there.

GECK is the greatest invention yet. I also like the opening movie of Fallout 2. I usually suck at games like these, but I did pretty good in F2. How is it possible that someone hasn't heard about Fallout by now?
Gryph Posted July 14, 2004 Author Posted July 14, 2004 How is it possible that someone hasn't heard about Fallout by now?Too focused on console gaming perhaps? But most gamers our age should know what it is even if they haven't played it. The younger kids weren't exposed to the RPGs, instead they have Fallout: Tactics (which wasn't that bad...) and Brotherhood of Steel which is a disgrace to the Fallout universe.

The PSX was my first console. I played the NES, SNES, Genesis and the like constantly in my friend's house.
