Updated the Data East 16-bit and 32-Bit games to latest FBA code many graphical and sound
improvements for all the games including a better balance between the music and Sfx and
a fix for the music tempo / speed in some games, plus they now use the latest Deco146
protection making the Emulation of these games more or less 100% now.

NOTES
This is NOT an upgrade install and a clean installation is highly recommended if you
simply try to copy the files over an earlier version you will most likely experience problems
only report issues if you are running a clean install dat files are provided in the tools folder
to help you create a full working Romset.

A good point from the original author is well worth repeating RELEASE THE SOURCE! don't
take mine or anyone else's work and not release the source everyone should get to benefit
and future developers should be able to improve the code whenever current development stops.
