He/she isn't permanently banned, just a month account suspension. We'll see if they bother to come back after that.

yes. This is quite common. On my Forum (dead now sadly) about 4 members hacked the arcade and got the Highest score on every game. and of course this pissed me off so much and i dont want this to happen here thats all gryph.
