Bios dump

Well, apparently DarkFader dumped part of the bios, these are the unimplemented ops the log.txt file gave me, so implement these :banghead:.

Oh sorry, I thought the posted info was the bios itself. But I'm still a little iffy on that area. Like, I know its not much but some sites I've been too are really strict about this sort of thing. Just got a little mixed up.

Everything about emulation is a bit iffy, but in general having a dump of a BIOS that you have not dumped yourself or sharing this dump with others is illegal.
