he cannot be sued because he was the first to come up with the layout befor they even did anything. if he put a patent on his thing then he could sue them tho but he was the original idea person

i can vouge for the m3perfect mainly cause i have one, to answere your first question. once u get it out of the box ull need to update the firmware but dont update it to e15 cause there have been problems with some homebrew programs with it, secondly the m3 runs.ds.gba and.nds files aswell as.nes.gb.gg and its movie files.gbs and.gbm but i recommend moonshell which lets u play mp3s and look at much more stuff and i forget the name of the program that can change.ds.gbas to nds and vise versa

something that would be great is to have this program work with games(when ever i try to play a game once i enter it, it does not work any more only the mouse (somewhat works) but is horribly sensative

first off, try changing ur ds ip to 192.168.0.111, change the gateway to the one on ur computer make sure there is no 1 after the 168, leave the subnet, change the ip to the one onur computer take a reallllly reallly close look at both the ip's u might be putting in a 1 where there should be a zero, check it out and attemp see what happens

okays here what i had to do. for the first ip adress change it so its like 192.168.0.111, for the gateway make it what ever the gate way of ur computer is mine is 192.168.0.1 for the dns put in 192.168.1.1 and for the server ip put in the ip adress of ur computer, u can find most of this information by going to the start bar and going to run, type in command, then when the command prompt window comes up type in ipconfig and all ur information is right there
