  1. Alright, I've posted this over at mameworld.info...we'll see if that works Thanks for your help
  2. OK, I haven't been here in a really long time, but a series of events have transpired that have led me to creating the topic. It all began last weekend while a few friends of mine, and I, were driving around. As we drove through what a particular neighborhood, I came upon a strange sight... ...A 1982 Zaxxon Arcade Cabinet sitting on the side of the road! In my initial excitement I beguiled my friends into helping me load the system into the back of my truck and we proceeded to return to my house to plug it in. Imagine our suprise when we discovered that, not only did the monitor work, but the speakers functioned perfectly. The coin mechs, as well as all the buttons and the joystick, work as well. The only problem that I can see with the system is that during the self-test that I put the system through, as per these instructions, the ORAM has failed. When I played the game, the background scrolled, the music played, and the controls worked, but none of the moving objects appeared on the screen. This also indicated to me that the ORAM was broken. Unfortunately I do not know much about arcade cabinets and I am having trouble locating the problematic chips. I figured that some of you guys might have an idea of where I can look and/or what I can do to resolve this issue. PICTURES: Oh and, it's good to be back here. I've kinda missed this place. -Jahovic
  3. Thanks Im going to the bookstore this weekend, so i figure that ill pick one of them up then
  4. Im looking into reading Sin City, but whenever I go to the bookstore, they are all jumbled around. What is the order that they are supposed to be read in, or if there is no order, what order do you recomend?
  5. I got Dynasty Warriors for PSP and it owns
  6. When you get gibbed you feel all tingly and in very much pain for 2 seconds until you respawn. Then you run around with some crazy speed and frag the mutha fukka that gibbed you. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Maybe for Doom/Quake there is an IV that feeds caffine straight into your veins so that you can move really fast. OH MAN! Berzerker would be so wierd. They put a chemical in your body that makes you go into uber male PMS, or something, and you start screaming and yelling and punching everything in sight.
  7. Im gonna see Batman Begins, Fantastic Four, War of the Worlds, and maybe...maybe...Episode III The two new star wars have sucked ass. In the first 3, Lucas told the story and enhanced it with special effects. Now that he has almost unlimited things that he can do, he is trying to tell the story with the special effects and ruining three impossible to ruin sequels. The new Chocolate Factory looks wierd. Jonny Depp makes it look almost scary. I have to say that it looks like Gene WIlder is gonna own him VS
  8. ...sucked ass I didn't like it at all
  9. Or Doom/Quake when you get fragged and blown into chunks. How would they do that? Would you feel the blowback from your weapon? That would be sweet! BFG biatch!
  10. People in large groups do not know how to behave This is from a riot at MSU in Lansing, Michigan
  11. The original Deus Ex OWNED! I loved that game
  12. Even if I somehow had a way to get in, I don't think that I would drive all of the way across the country (I live in Detroit) and I'm too poor to fly
  13. They have also completely blocked p2p sharing We used to take advantage of the T1 line and download off Kazaa, but they caught on.
