Yes, the optimisation I believe would see those 2 for-loops as time-wasters (which they are) and would "optimise" the code - that is, remove the loops. Well done for spotting it. I don't have a DS so I can't do any testing or whatnot for you.

This title sounds remarkably similar to the Iron Maiden song "2 Minutes to Midnight". I know nothing about Linkin Park though.

I do my music the old fashioned way. It is on CD rather than on Hard Drives. 434 CDs that I purchased. Either whole albums, Best of's, and Various Artists. 185 CDs that I made, which is almost always Various Artists. and the older stuff which I trying to upgrade, but Record Companies make it hard by not releasing it... 30 Cassettes that I purchased ~400 cassettes of stuff I recorded off the radio long ago >100 LPs There are a few MP3's here and there, but the quality of MP3 is not up to the standard I require. As to my music taste, I think everyone knows already, but just in case... it's mostly Top 40 stuff from the 60s, 70s and 80s, I like Heavy Metal, Hard Rock, etc as well. I totally detest HipHop, Rap, and anything that sounds like that.
