  1. illl look at that stuff after epic.... run and gun is pretty easy to fix....ive fixed viper phase and raiden jet but they dont play fast enough....they stutter alot, it will need a speed hack to go in
  2. no worries bud...hopefully I get time soon to release more stuff ill bed the gf to let me tidy this stuff for release....its not so easy these days
  3. yes thats right alot of people asked for this....and now ive finally delivered a package that ill load tday and wont break with even anyone using it and works consistantly across the board for them....its happy days for sure for me and the people I do this for..... finally I wont be hamstrung by unituative interfaces.....just personal dont worry cba enjoy what you have I know people I know will enjoy the difference and its the reason why its been happening....epic will finalise a one choice emu for people I know allow me the support on one emu instead of alot of xport etc stuff.....so for me its fantastic..... beleive what you want cba I beleive in a different world from you enjoy yours....I know all the stuff I see and hear and have good reasons for what I do....im completely happy with where CoinOPS is how it operates and what it means for me and my supporters.....and now its like narvana for me...I can add what ever I want without much effort at all....fantastic....with no setup worries no matter what res and I also have no issues with what people that dont know what they are doing will do as id say they wont destroy it or reconfig stuff incorrectly and if they do it can repair itself with no ftp access......fantastic for me once again.....CBA ive seen your help and its wrong to put it nicely most of the time....ive even sat back and let you help but it ends in tears even simple stuff and I have left it to you a few times always very bad help from you guys and really you have no skills to fix the real mistacks you will take that personally but you dont have the skills to do it...im sorry for this bad news I have done real world tests and I do 100 percent beleive in what I just said....its nothing personal and dont take offense most people know they havent spent the time to learn stuff so can only help a bit and know there limits, id say your much more of a newbe than you claim you are this I really believe (PS I know my limitations and strengths and I know I have many limits but I dont complain I sort them if I can and have learnt alot this way) This is truely a great day for me.....ill pat myself on the back and I can look forward to fantastic packs...with only minor tweaks and features...the same packs will allways run from build to build now and it will only be little attention to detail stuff/speed hacks and games adding will happen....im finsihed with the cores now...if it isnt in there it wont make it for reasons ill document...the majors are in and they are seemless..... Go on cba keep fixing stuff that isnt broken for me....I have no issue with you doing that I did this to help alot of people I know and listened to them and kept to my guns...I know what ive seen you can ignor it or even think I did it for no reason...beleive what you want im happy as with what I see now its truely a good day for me....ever since I decided that these interfaces needed to change for people I know ive worked towards this and now its in its final weeks for what I wanted....its small stuff for me now and no need to completely look at other emus and what they do right or wrong and what I should do to better support people I know good luck cba I heard the new GUI and stuff you have and I have no issues with it I wish you best....I know it wont be what I decided I want to do....also no offense but I doubt your skills very easy things like corridants on the screen you said where difficult to code....look at pixel perfect stuff for coinOPS its far in advanced of any of that stuff and that took me only a few hours...that is pretty much a 5min job, maybe 10 so stuff like this makes me doubt your skills....best of luck anyways PS stuff will be added like pixel perfect for all cores though one setting and automatic no matter what res...true aspect etc same as CoinOPS....id say consistan keymapping and save states and smb support will be on the agender and adding missing games and speed hacks....this sort of stuff will my my focus so the packs now will run from epic epic 2 epic 3 epic 4 and will never need to be altered again and relooked at like the past this has allways caused me support issues and meant for large releases alot of time bug checking massive lists of stuff as alot of core stuff changed from time to time noooo more need for this way and as such packs can be made and will always run build to build with no issues from now on (REASON WHY OLD SUPPORT IS GONE AS THIS IS NOW THE STANDARD AND RANT OVER ) good luck to cba with his stuff if you want cba put links to it here or ask me ill bump your stuff if you want...I recommend tring it...its massive and completely different concept than coinops some will like it im sure....but equaly I recommend you try CoinOPS EPIC solution ill say you end up using it more and more and less and less of other stuff....but maybe not...try before you buy Peace so best of luck everyone ill listen to stuff if its not really just trolls, if its pointless stuff really like the stuff ive seen then ill lock the thread.... as it doesnt help anyone....and you can PM me....and ill normally reply
  4. for that you will be long remembered in history Kenshiro..........
  5. Ive had so many people now complain about how they change from a tv that sd to hd there consoles are messed up and how stuff on the skin ends up all over the place lost folders.....stuff appearing everywhere and being able to search anywhere.....no sorting....you name it ive heard it.....so many other issues with configing them...finally with Epic everything works and I can put away all this stuff for them so it automattically recalibrates everything to what ever they run or res they have it on...and no more pain for my users and this means less pain for me....so for me with Epic I can finally nail the coffin for people I know and give them what they want....this will leave me free to install more features globaly (eg to arcade and consoles alike) and not have to use many interfaces and especailly the confusing ones.....this alone will save me alot of time my side as all I got was question after question of issues that I dont get from CoinOPS my side...and I can only go off what I see from 100s of people....its a good enough snapshot for me on what needs to happen to best suit peoples needs for emulation on the xbox....never let the tail wag the dog...make things consistant easy and automatic if its silly not to and most of all Any fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius - and a lot of courage - to move in the opposite direction (Albert Einstein)
  6. dropping support for older builds.....there is feature after feature added in each build (12,000 plus games added)...this build will have them all rolled in making it easier to support... yes ill except questions and feature requests to Epic only and not to platium, arcades, coinops gold, coinops ignite, coinops reignite as they vary in features and vary greatly in what they run....the answer to those questions is upgrade to Epic its free and it will be better PS to waal no offense your irrelivant and ill have to treat you as that like everyone else does...best of luck to others that are new dont worry the facts speak for themself he is just a troll
  7. Joined: 6-August 04 me vs waal the newbe Joined: 29-July 09 waal your the FAKE and a newbe one at that....why not start your own thread those go great hhehehehehehe it proves to me each time how much of a nobody you are
  8. I just cant get the nasm and version of mame inserted and get it all to compile together...if you can get it running zip the folder and upload it and ill add it over night....and add HD support for it...ive got the features in CoinOPS and I know how to do this in mameB6 I just cant get it working together.... it comes in src form asking for stuff that is years old now and doesnt work well if its not correct
  9. No I havent got mameb6 to compile I only tried for an hour or so with trig....he helped me getting Killer Instinct source compiling and that was inserted that night including adding HD support for it. Ill take another looks soonish just doing a massive amount of xtras at present....but the cores are all in and so is the optomised sort engine....ill add one or two more features before release as well....I had made a test build but I think its worth waiting and release it as a new line in the sand for usability support features and games support....currently the build now supports 16,0000 titles , 16 core plus MAME(arcades)....oh also ive added a few new Arcade games and fixed a few that had issues....although my main work was on the cores the mame core has had some work on it as well RX if you ever want in properly to the build you would be welcome just bare in mind if you want my support you have to conform it to the correct standards ive set for ShowROOM stuff your 95 percent there but you require my help on what to do and also some source changes....help is allways good but it must flow into the product in a consistant way....also ive created tools to help do stuff so it doesnt take as long as it used to do xtras stuff. FAKE? I am or are you? Waa = 145 posts and a user vs ( . ) ( . ) aka BritneysPAIRS 3050 posts and Staff.... clear to see who you should trust PS im gone from this thread post what you may ill return on release and to post some pics in the next week....I will read stuff....but ill be back to my offical thread...this is for a heads up support will be complexed for all the other versions and now it will get rebranded so I can garentee a level....all builds have all cores...have pixel perfect....have video support....have commandline....have background music...have hd support across everything in consistantly....so this stuff I know is done when I put a line in the sand and dont have to see what build people are on and what features it may have Peace.....

Enter the ingame menu, "remap gamepad", and map one or several keys as THROTTLE. (You can map your THROTTLE as back+X+B ) Example: If you think Dodonpachi (58 fps) isn't that smooth, call the THROTTLE function by pressing the keys remapped. THROTTLE will be disabled (because enabled by default) This will force the game to run at 60 fps (60/58 fps): a small speedup but a smoother animation. Throttle can also be used for 55 fps games (Midnight Resistance...) but the sound can glitch a bit (speedup). Some older 61 fps Namco games are smooth with THROTTLE disabled and Frameskip 0 (Rolling thunder 1,2...) If you want to know what the original framerate is for the games, press BACK+BLACK (default setting) ----------------------- CPU OVERCLOCK ----------------------- This can be very useful for some games with slowdowns. To call the function press BACK+RIGHT THUMB, (the sound volume setting appears) Go up or down a few times and check the CPU0, CPU1... overclock settings. Examples (for 480p) -BioMechanical toys has small slowdowns, Set the CPU0 to 125% = smooth animation. -Double Dragon (original beat'em up) runs slowly: set the CPU0 and CPU1 to 150% = nice speed. Don't overclock the games that can't reach their original framerate (ex: 52/60 fps, 36/57 fps), the emu will be slower. Overclock only the games running at full framerate ! Biomechanical toys runs at 60/60 fps and Double Dragon runs at 57/57 fps, so the values for CPU can have a higher setting. We can also decrease the values: -To get a better anim in Darius Gaiden (or some other Taito), keep CPU0 at 100%, and set the CPU1 (sound CPU) to 50%. ----------------------- CONFIGS ----------------------- A member wanted a config for CPS2 games (some Capcom games use LPunch+MPunch+HPunch, same for Kicks) If for example LPunch=LTrigger, MPunch=X, HPunch=Y and you want a shortcut for furies on WHITE BUTTON then "remap the game" this way: P1 Button 1 = J1_LTrigger or J1_White P1 Button 2 = J1_X or J1_White P1 Button 3 = J1_Y or J1_White Pressing White will call the 3 Punch Buttons ! ----------------------- FAST FORWARD ----------------------- Sometimes it's boring to wait for a long time when a game is launched: memory tests, rom/ram tests, etc... I personally use a fast forward function: just change the frameskip ingame. My default Frameskip is AUTO. I have remapped Frameskip Dec as L_Trigger R_Trigger X (FS decrease: Auto - 11 - 10 - 9 ... 3 - 2 - 1 - 0 - Auto ...) and Frameskip Inc as L_Trigger R_trigger Y (FS increase: Auto - 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 ... 9 - 10 - 11 - Auto ...) When a game is just launched I Press LTrigger+RTrigger+X to run the game very fast (Frameskip 11). To return to Frameskip Auto (normal speed) when the arcade tests are finished I Press LTrigger+RTrigger+Y. This way I don't wait for the long rom/ram tests. (Just press the keys one time, or you can get lost as the Frameskip value isn't shown anymore ingame). ----------------------- SERVICE MODES ----------------------- Some players like to have a Freeplay (no coin) or an easy setting for the games, but no DIP switches ? All the games have a service mode NEOGEO, CPS1, CPS2, SEGA, MIDWAY, CAVE, NAMCO. Remapping function in "Remap This Game" will help. NEOGEO: Just remap the TEST SWITCH with the keys you want, and press thoses keys ingame: entering service mode. CPS1 & CPS2: Just remap the SERVICE MODE for the same results. SEGA 32: (outrunner, Golden Axe2, Arabian Fight, Spiderman...) Remap the SERVICE MODE and the SERVICE 1: SERVICE MODE will enter the settings and valid a choice SERVICE 1 will allow to switch between the different options. MIDWAY: Remap the TEST (or use the option: ingame menu/game settings/Test Switch ON/OFF). NAMCO: Remap the SERVICE MODE (or use the option similar to Midway's). CAVE: (Esprade, DoDonpachi) Remap the SERVICE MODE and press the keys during 2 or 3 seconds. Be careful ! Sometimes with some manufacturers you must reset the game (LTrigger+RTrigger+BACK) after you pressed the service keys to be able to enter the arcade settings ! ! ! PS: it's unfortunate but set the biggest schumps to EASY to get less bullets on screen and limit the slowdowns ----------------------- GUN GAMES ----------------------- Playing a lightgun game like Lethal Enforcers 2 with the pad can be hard because we must reload by shooting outside the screen. For this kind of games, enter the cheat menu and available the unlimited ammo setting. Same for Underfire. The crosshair isn't shown ingame but it's playable with unlimited ammo as we can see where we've just shot. Disable the Crosshair (BACK+LEFT+THUMB) will help in Beast Busters. ----------------------- MULTI SCREENS GAMES (Darius 1, Darius 2, The Ninjawarriors, Warrior Blade) ----------------------- Disable the Widescreen setting for horizontal Games, and the games will play at fullscreen. 16/9 users will get the best results. Purists can also set a special "screensize adjustment" to get a suitable aspect ratio. ----------------------- HIDDEN IN E:/TDATA/bedbabe1/SYSTEM/MAMEoX.ini ----------------------- Alot of stuff is hidden in this file. Be warned enter with care. LockoutStartMenu = 0 (if you enable this the Start button will no longer work, this will lock everything to the user) LockoutAdvancedOptions = 0 (if you enable this you will have access to the start menu and basic settings but cant enable advanced settings) ----------------------- HOW TO SETUP CONSOLE GAMES + MIDWAY AND KILLER INSTINCTS ----------------------- Games are shown in "Supported CONSOLE Games Lookup For Naming of Roms.txt" ATARI LYNX roms/LYNX_Gamename.zip COMMODORE 64 roms/C64_Gamename.zip GAME GEAR roms/GG_Gamename.zip GAMEBOY roms/GB_Gamename.zip GAMEBOY ADVANCE roms/GBA_Gamename.zip GAMEBOY COLOR roms/GBC_Gamename.zip MASTER SYSTEM roms/SMS_Gamename.zip MEGADRIVE roms/MDRIVE_Gamename.zip NES roms/NES_Gamename.zip NINTENDO 64 roms/N64_Gamename.zip (POINTER) RomsN64/N64_Gamename.zip PC ENGINE roms/PCE_Gamename.zip PC ENGINE CD roms/PCD_Gamename.zip (POINTER) roms/PCD_Gamename/ This the folder you put the contents of the game. 13. I made the videos for ShowROOM as ive done for the new build.... I wish they xtras where up to scratch but for the people I know they said redo them and I agreed and now im playing with my new build...and its in testing phase....I must say im liking it more and more and so are the people I give it to.... good luck with your tumbleweeds cba PS : I wonder why the guys that say they want it least come in scared maybe hahahahahahaha I wonder why....this stuff suxs is there answer and yet more and more are seeing though there stuff so as usual invite people in I welcome all the new people.....if I can help its all good but this build is looking fantastic for all the family (I wonder if it will take years and years to produce hint hint) always a new version will have a small lock now so there recommendations will be useless and you will get used to console games in the EMU, so offically now thanks to CBA you will require 1/3 of your games to be consoles to play anything or it wont play (thanks CBA this will help people stick and learn that this will play console stuff with no issues even if you misinformations says it has issues)....ill leave a note for people when they dont have 1/3 console games, it shouldnt effect any getting the new pack and adding your stuff as its miles over at about a 1/1 ration Arcades/Home....I offically drop support from the next build for Arcades only and offical it will become a best of Arcade and Home emulator and will be called CoinOPS Epic soon PSS trolls know know that a new build is close this is when they really like to make a stand....so be warned they normally get extremely vocal about this time and try to stop things.....it never has just alows me to release and block them and move forward....but im sure they will be around lol helping you guys out with there skills
  14. lol any more posts like that and the next version will have consoles locked down thanks to XBOX for fun.... sorry about any video isssues there maybe a few as grrrr had ftp trouble..... a huge update coming in the next few months anyways 100s more arcades and 1000s more consoles.......XBOX your beating a dead horse the next build will see mass Consoles and the consistancy will own xtras as I couldnt use them as they where what I gave the team pretty much 2 years ago.......if I get any more posting xtras stuff ill lock the new build down and no standalone will ever get released....like the good old days oh yeah baby
  15. added 100s of new supported roms...so I could add them....id say theres a 1000 more supported games
  16. screenshot is same as rom name aburner2.zip = aburn2.png and aburner2.xmv...bar in mind you can run the CPS 1 2 or Neo Geo in the Final burn core by looking at romstatus.xml and setting it up

  19. adding 100s more games and videos....sorry for the crappyness this will be....but just added another 100 games....ill give a new list in next day or 2 its pretty large now
  20. hehehe all your stuff on all your site are tumble weeds...unless of course you pick newbes to give misinformation to.....shame on you guys its no wonder your stuff dies and my crappy stuff attracts all the attension....but hey I know you guys are about to own me....and prove your what people want....we have been patiently waiting with crappy stuff I do for years and years but soon I know one of the skins will own....im worried and insecure sorry anyway back to it....newbes are helping out on xbox scene point them here and ill help them out properly.......
  21. good comeback xbox you rock (i look at stuff you dont xbox so im a aware of stuff your not)....but hey thanks for keeping things real and alive...your a great treasure....everyone hates updates as you can see your aporach works and this fails cause people hate updates everyone misses your threads and stuff you talk about....they read them and follow them...as you can see
  22. hehehehe here is one go and help them come here.... help nail the final coffins for there bad support
  23. good god the xbox scene helpers are complete newbes .... eg shocase has more games than Showroom that is wrong by 800 or so games....and theres more I wish they wouldnt help as they have no idea or are suppling misinformation to people.... with friends like them who needs enermies.... man I wish they let people that know what they are talking about help, shame on them and its a shame for the common people that not only do they get it wrong but they get it sooooooo wrong everytime, makes me think they havent even got a proper build or they would see they are complete wrong as they allways are... sorry about this if I saw it once its ok but everytime the same poeople that are A giving misinformation or B complete newbes that think they arnt....anyway most are here now and most know this is true but go and help out people please or point them here as the other help is a joke.....
  24. ummm the keymap is done though ini for dark starkers etc.....if you disable the run CPS2 in fb core you will get keyremapping back but a little slow down...ill soon have feature requests for other cores.... 128meg xbox work fine and some game work better (not many) ummm ill be adding to roms alot soon...maybe in the next few days
