Street Fighter Alhpa 3 was released in Japan as Street Fighter Alhpa 3 upper with more characters. Its a dreamcaster board. It is availble on GBA (nope) Dreamcaster and PS1 and arcade is there any way to run this game that looks as good as what mame can run Street fighter alpha 3 cause I love the look of it Cheers

OK ive had some emails requesting 1.2 ill try HK$ one more time to add a few things and if not ill release a version, but it will miss some of HK$ cool work but it will fix a few issues and looks pretty nice now. PM me someone that knows about rom compilations discs I may be able to help....eg update the mame on it

Tmaul or anyone please Look at list of games give me more games to add to list, im thinking of putting out a sorted correctly rom set. They must run right and be decent plus no double ups please... cheers, also HK thanks for help with tearing ill test tommorrow I agree with renaming but I will include Dats so they can see names correctly. And in source I may leave as proper names but in XBE may release a renamed and non renamed version. Any input would be great as to any other games people want renamed or features they must have.... cheers

I was waiting on $HK for some source to fix tearing and may aspect ratio, and some other stuff. Before I put together 1.2 but havent heard from him. I have renamed 1000 of top roms in source and they are my recommended collection plus some other small changes, with keymapping and skinning and samsho down (but didnt change drivers on people unless some more top games work like raiden 2) is an example of my mame running (with rom renames) I tried HK but didnt like interface so hopefully he will release source or compile MAMEdOX 1.2 with a few of his fixes so people can have his awsome features plus and awsome interface Help us please $HK your our only hope If he doesnt email me ill send you source TMaul as I know you can code List of games I renamed (to name in list only no extra struff) http://www.thraxen.com/BritneysPAIRS/games.txt

Im sorry to tell you this but in mame its set to not working But the clones all work fine and you wont notice the diff. Xbox mame or PC mame plays it sweet (you will need the full rom plus the clone, and click on clone to play)

change minifi and magnifi filter and it goes away

I personal cant see screen tearing on games in MamedOX with anomophic minification and magnification (by default it is Linear change it ), apart from really cpu intensive games that just run right like SFA3 and in HK128meg one there is no screen tearing but it drops frames, I personal prefer it taer a little than drop frames

True... plays badly is understatement I heard it plays fine on 128Meg

thought it may work on 128meg box like street fighter 1. cant get that going on 64meg box but apparently fine on 128Meg

PS I cant actually see any screen tears when in animorphic minifi and magnifi, alittle in street fighter alpha 3 but 128M one has frame skips in that at times. Tengai etc have no frame tears until I go into linear min and magnif. Can anyone verfy this for me please. Also can someone with 128M test bendermike mame and see if Raiden Fighters works that would great

I tested it all and it looks wicked works perfect, personally I like MamedOX better because many of the options are missing but it has many new features that are cool. If it is possible to get source files or 2 talk to you about your mod and you can or I can put it together and release it. I never new street fighter alpha 3 was wrong aspect ratio Cheers HK alot of cool new features

does it have B for favorites, sort by changing with back button and no warnings? if so I to may look at it PS:Also IKARI warrors has rotate gun left and rotate gun right none of them are mapped by default. I have keymaped every game on list so they all work correct and will add this to mamedOX 1.2. Also I wonder why no one has ever mentioned keymapping out of 1000 games 50 had keymapping issues

cheers HK that would be great........ have you looked at midway drivers if so and need some help let me know, or can point me closer to sorting rolling back the drivers. Right now im working on other stuff but will spend the time and get the help needed if you or someone else that knows kind of what they are doing knows of any direction that may work Cheers

Is the source availble for Screen tearing and screen sizing mainly pretty please, I wish to put out MamedOX 1.2 but these 2 things have been asked for alot. Along with some new drivers and fixs.

Id recommend you fix samshow down 5 special in mamedoX if you are using it. Contact me and ill show you how to fix sound. hi can you send source of fix for vsyn I could only see it on Linear minifi / magnifi video filter so was going to look at that. OK I found issue but its hard for me to solve correctly Problem is in screen scaling Linear is faulty change it to anisotropic for both minification and magnification and that scaling filter looks correct. Ill look into source some more soon

As Bendermike was the origionator of MAMEdOX with bendermameOX I have welcomed him to join and maybe add to the project as from where we became stuck. I wish him best of luck in every area and will indever to help him in anyway to further MAME on the xbox his expertise started the revamp in the first place Welcome Bendermike it nice to see you back

MSN address is in last Post by me ill fix a few faults on 1.1 MAMEdOX this weekend mainly samshowdown 5 or was it special that was wrong crc and had sound issues, allready fixed mine but will fix version plus start looking into source more to add turbo outrun old midway drivers. Need to learn abit though
