  1. not exactly but they have characters with weapons. the closest match is darkstalkers. but rival schols and street fighter have characters with weapons / armour..
  2. i dont think the us law has effect here but i might be wrong but technically isnt it illegal to have the rom without owning an original version of the game...

  4. i meant in the near future... and since sammy owns a fair share of sega surely they have rights over their characters too right? maybe we could see a new type of vs. fighters with more unusual characters like sonic, tails, megaman, and all those more kiddy style characters... (my imagination is way too active...)
  5. i dont have any firewalls or anything im highly vulnerable and always have been... and yet ive never had any major problems... i dont even update my browsers or anything... ive got everything straight off the winxp installation disk

  7. not a bad idea since decent games ussually go to consoles pretty quick as long as you only mean in one country... uk for example doesnt get kof or ss games
  8. i use ie6. it may be riddled with problems but im happy using it and its less hassle than the linux environment and i understand you wanna compare it but everyone is gonna have their own opinions. i dont ever see any future with everyone using just one browser... weve all got our own reasons for using what we use. and i love ie6 and these problems it has have never had any noticable effect on my computer
  9. do these year rules still have to be in place now since neo-geo isnt getting anything new after the samurai shodown game... surely they could drop it to something like 6 months to a year? i agree with not releasing them on emulators right away but 2-3years for a neo-geo game is a bit drastic in my opinion.

Ive just been wondering... does sammy have the rights to create games with capcom or snk playmore characters without getting clearance from them? im reckoning now that theyre all on the same system theyll more than likely end up with a 3 way vs. game... im not starting rumours and its even a possibility of sega getting involved now so maybe even a 4 way?? it would be great to happen but maybe im just dreaming to creatively

  17. thats a different romset to mine i think... mine has 16 file, the one ive got wont work in fba?? the bank switching thing is: #define HARDWARE_SNK_NEWBANKSYSTEM 0x0200 and it goes near the top under '#endif' i think.
  18. You never mentioned the Atomiswave.. to many people in the emulation community im sure this is gonna start taking top priority request wise with so many popular games heading its way... KOF Neowave, Sammy Vs. Capcom, Kof2004, Metal Slug 6 and the next Samurai Shodown (cant remember what the the full title is... )
  19. I like almost anything... my taste is very versatile... but top of the bill has gotta be hip-hop/Rap (mainly old skool) and Motown/Soul (Marvin Gaye, Dianna Ross, J5 and stuff)

  22. hey just wondering if anyone knows how to get pim running in fba ive added the driver but all i get is a grid? any ideas are welcome

  25. been trying to compile... it hasnt been going too well its harder than i thought the files havent been much help coz ive followed them but now im getting errors.
