Live is great service even with our notorious unstable internet connection. Heck, i can even get decent match with Fatal on VF5 and I always get good ping with BK. Online can be really fun when you have a bunch of friends having the same interest, playing the same game like COD4. I could understand the popularity now.

I reach the Mage Guild in Chorril (spell correctly?) but did not manage to try and buy spells yet. i think i have to complete a mini-quest first

I prefer X-Men 2: Apocalypse Reign. Maybe because I like X-men characters better.

I have the same feeling, Inky. Although SCIV is great, I still prefer hand-to-hand combat as in Street Fighter, KOF or Tekken. Maybe the online did turn me off a little bit in SCIV. Hopefully, when BK get it, we could have a good match. Downloading Shivering Isles now Oblivion really remind me of the times playing Eye of Beholder 1 & 2 on my old PC. FPS style, dungeon crawling. Heck, even some of the spells have the same name

A lot of Oblivion. Man, I am addicted to this game now. The feeling of immersion is overwhelming. As if i am there! Love this game to death! Also COD4 Search & destroy with some elites yesterday "morning". Suffice to say, got my ass kicked around

I didn't use wireless for X360. i used only wired connection for faster speed.

That's what I didn't want to hear. Lag for VF5 has ranged from not too bad to terrible, and FFS is unplayable with anyone I haven't arranged to play with personally- apart from anything else I can't find people playing that online. Here's hoping I get it today, and that we don't have a lagfest. If it arrives will you be online tonight LSD? Yeah, I will be on. I just made my house wireless so I can online to work and link my X360 to the router all the time

I will say choose GTA, if you can't find online matches. Online is a downer. Massive lag. Heck, when i play with Fatal on VF5, who is at the other side of the globe, the lag was still ok. But the lack in SCIV made the game almost unplayable as lots of moves come out fast and thick. You won't have time to react most of the times Guess my opponent that will have decent speed would only be BK.

This is one of those times where I'd say get the PS3 version if you've got it. Better visuals, performance. I'm getting the 360 version just because it's all I've got and I only have friends on Live, not PSN. Huh?!? Is this proven? Although the loading is a little long when it tried to load 5 characters at once in Story mode, I do not see much difference in visuals. And the loading issue will be solved when autumn dashboard update is available.

You should have opt for Fedex. More reliable IMO. Like my Oblivion, send out from HK 2 days ago, and arrived yesterday. Fast.

Well, got my copy of SCIV yesterday (sorry BK, the call of the sword was too strong than the Hammer of Dawn). Started to use Yoda and practise on him a little bit. I would say Yoda is a cheap bastard and if at the right hands, he would be a cheap, devastating bastard. Most attacks won't hit him unless you hit low or hit him when he is in the air. He has mid-air cancels that enable you to react to opponent's movement if they side-step. Fun to use The Apperentice is a little bit overpowered IMO. In a few shots, you can destroy a piece of armour. And he has all the best Force power (lightning, Force Pull). Damn fun to use and cool-looking moves. The only other character I tried to use after that was Ivy. Man, I am so used to SC2's Ivy that SCIV's Ivy was too clunky. Trying to perform Summon Suffering was impossible (although I managed to do it for the XBLA's Soulcalibur) on the controller. Guess I need a Hori stick to nail that. All in all, I am having fun with it. Haven't try the Tower of Souls so no comment

oblivion was amazing! Man, i should have get it earlier. The combat take some times for me to get used to but I love how the game plays. The amazing graphics also helps although the characters could have been rendered more beautifully

C'mon, Ghostbusters is so yesterday. As much as I like to watch the movie and the cartoon series, now is not the time to publish a game about it which virtually most youngsters do not know about them.

Teh battle system look cool. But Wolverine in the game?!? I do hope he gets a standalone game. (Wolverine:The Game never happens)

Well, it is basically NTSC-Asia which is compatible to NTSC-J. And I do agreed it is a bad idea because NTSC-U and PAL get more games in English. Still, some games like GTAIV and NG2 are generous enough to have region-free, so I'm not so screwed. And in order to play copies of 360 games, I have to get NTSC-A units here since: 1. the console sold here are all NTSC-A (they get it from Singapore and flash it) 2. the copies are all NTSC-J or NTSC-A or region-free games. It would not be a wise decision for me to get NTSC-U 360 here even if it is available.

Ahh, i was trying to get the maps because most of my friends in COD4 have it and they always play it But if it is only for four, well, i guess it really not worth it. I'll keep it for Shivering Isle then. That cost 2400pts :/

Woot, my MS point reload card and Elder Scrolls: Oblivion will be arriving from PlayAsia today. Will download the map for COD4 first then enjoy some Oblivion. BK, have your SCIV and Hori Stick arrived? How is it?

Which recent Marvel movies were good? Huh?!? You guys serious? What is there not to like? I think they did a real good job on both Iron Man and Incredible Hulk, especially on Hulk, erasing the bad memories of Ang Lee's version.
