  1. hahahah...HD Advanced is a balant rip off of HDLoader.... http://www.hdadvance.com/hd_advance_screenshots.htm you can already play most DVD9 games with HDL_Dump
  2. *ps2ownz.com* Update: In an ironic twist, we have now received notice that the HD Loader guys were charged with COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT themselves, and to make matters even more interesting it appears the folks behind HD Loader were none other than DMS Video Game Technologies PTE Ltd One thing we can say for certain... if they thought they were Limited before- just wait for $ony to get through with them! If you are currently a HD Loader distributer who's frustrated with their latest LEGAL warning, or if you are an end-user who simply feels 'SGypped' by the ever-expanding compatability issues of HD Loader then you may want to gear up for the upcoming HD Advance instead! Similar to HD Loader, HD Advance is a commercially-pressed PS2 HDD Utility that allows the user to install and load game discs using the HDD! In addition, with the aid of a Flip-Top Cover or Slide Card, the HD Advance can install and play PS2 back-up and import game discs as well. We received notice today of our HD Advance sample being shipped today, and as always we will provide our visitors with a complete run-down on the product details, retailers, and pricing including ALL of its new features! If you're a vendor looking to ditch HD Loader and market HD Advance instead, feel free to contact us for the relevant info today. Finally, look for updates to come right here, and also for our dedicated HD Advance support Web site grand opening soon!

  4. in the documentary, M. Night supposely drowned in a pond for like 35 mintues and he was revived. And by that near death experience, it was thought that he started to see ghosts and stuff...the ppl who made the documentary pointed out that water played a part in some of his movies...(signs and unbreakable)...and they also pointed out that ALL of his movies were made within a 30 mile radius on where the pond/lake was and where he used to live....they also found out that the house that M Night lived in between the age 10-12 (age when he drowned) was the same very house in Signs.....well in my opinon....hoax or not...the documentary was well put...but the audio malfunctioning and Sci Fi production meetings gave it away...
  5. Just saw the documentary on the sci fi channel....and all i had to say was.. well for those who didnt watch it, teh sci fi channel was suppose to make a documentary about Night...but ppl who were suppose to make the documentary realizes something about Night...well the whole point of the documentary was that all the movies that M. Night Shyamanla made, (Unbreakable, Signs, The Sixth Sense, Book of Shadows(?)(Johny Depp movie), and the upcoming movie..The Village was basically a autobiography of himself. Well the whole documentary was pretty cool...some of it could be really true or he tried a good job trying to promote his upcoming movie. Who else watched this?? Maybe someone can explain more about it....
  6. More news...prolly old tho Sony's PlayStation Meeting 2004, which has just taken place in Tokyo, launched an impressive barrage of third-party developer and publisher support for PSP with the unveiling of a massive list of over 70 games that are currently in production. While many of the games are unlikely to see a release outside Japan (although we are quite taken with the twin concepts of Ninja Bunny Warriors and Habitrail Hamster Ball), the fact that heavyweight companies like Konami, Activision, EA, Eidos, Ubi Soft and Atari are on board is a sign of just how much clout PSP is likely to have when it launches early next year. Highlights include superb arcade-style racers Burnout and Need for Speed Underground, classic puzzler Bust-A-Move, Professional Wrestling from SmackDown! developers Yuke's and Tony Hawk's Underground 2. There's also mention of Winning Eleven 8 - the Japan-only game that will form the basis of Pro Evolution Soccer 4 - so it appears as if Pro Evo is indeed PSP-bound. These are in addition to the previously-revealed list of PSP games that includes Metal Gear Acid, Ridge Racer, Wipeout Pure, WRC, This is Football 2005, Gran Turismo 4, Everybody's Golf, Formula 1 '04 and Ape Escape. There is, literally, something for everyone. Meanwhile, Sony have confirmed that PSP's wireless network support will allow up to 16 players to connect together without needing a hub although, underwhelmingly, Dynasty Warriors will be one of the first games to support this feature. The handheld will also be able to hook up to PS2 via the USB port. Also on the specs front, the machine will boast 32MB of RAM - four times greater than the 8MB that PSP was originally pegged as having and a figure that puts it on a par with PS2. Finally, Sony also unveiled Talkman (see photo), a new application that transforms your PSP into a multilingual translator. The tool, which will be a launch title, will be able to cope with nine different languages and uses voice recognition software that can transcribe what is spoken into the headset as well as translating it into other languages. An educational language game was demo'd at the Sony event although Talkman will also be used for a variety of 'entertainment' applications. That list in full then... 7. ************************************** 16/07/04 10:27] And it's an absolutely belting line-up including The Mondays, Nirvana, NWA, Guns 'n' Roses and, er, Vanilla Ice... Rockstar look set to produce the best game soundtrack ever. Again. Vice City's 80s tunes raised the bar for music licensing in games and the soundtrack to San Andreas looks even better. We assume that the tracks will be organised into radio stations as in the other GTAs, so the listing below should turn out to be just a cross-section of the music on offer. Salt'n'Pepa - Push it Vanilla Ice - Ice Ice Baby Inner Circle - Bad Boys KLF - 3am Eternal Massive Attack - Unfinished Sympathy Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit Jane's Addiction - Been Caught Stealing Poison - Every Rose Has It's Thorn Guns'n'Roses - Sweet Child O' Mine Smashing Pumpkins - Today NWA - **** Tha Police / 100 Miles And Runnnin' Snoop Doggy Dogg - Gin N'Juice / Ain't No Fun Warren G - Regulate Fugees - Killing Me Softly Coolio - Gangsta's Paradise Public Enemy - Rebel Without A Pause The Stone Roses - Fools Gold Happy Mondays - Step On The Verve - Bitter Sweet Symphony Radiohead - Creep GTA: San Andreas will be out on 22 November **************************************
