thats the thing with online peeps/ communities, their the most expendable people in the world, your tired of them just go to another forum, sick of the site leave for few months and then come back again, its kind funny/heartwarming that you would consider a place like this a long term community. I know i lose interset in this site for a week or month at a time come back later and find it again. its just the way of the world my friend....

this this will actually be one of the more interesting post that there has been in a long time, The time that i have been here i have seen a lot of changes, but at the same time I was the height of all the latest and badass realeases from neogeo and sheit, now it all seemed to have calmed down, but we still have managed to keep things moving.... Im typing this and i really dont know where im going with it, im just rambling on.... so STFU and get out of here!

I just beat the game and finding my self saying WTF! motha Flocker! so i started searching and found this helpful guide called The HL Saga story guide, it pieces the bits of info together to tell the story of half life, up to the ending of HL2, and it seems to do a pretty good job at it. warning major spoilers though http://fragfiles.org/~hlstory//

ok now that i can rip some DVD's , how do you compress them, likes the ones you can download (dvdrip blablabl) that are only like 700 MB? or how about getting them so you dont have upload them, just click on them and they open with windows media player or somthing?

i always wondered how nice it could be if i could rip my own DVD's, i dont a want direct answer if its not entirely legal or whatever but is there programs that are as easy as a point and click away from putting a dvd onto your hard drive? Thanks

I use 2 cheap Saitek P880 controllers they have a good 6 button set up, w/ the 2 anlong and a directional pad, they were only like 15-20 bucks and have help up great. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detai...472926?v=glance

no you have to bring the first sets of turrets that you get with you, all the way to that point. not the ones they supply you in that part of the level.

normally its not that bad, but i also sent an iron spike through him a few times, as well as a few gernades that could have pushed him in there more than he would "naturally" i guess fall into. but other than that its a 50/50 shot on how they react with stairs, somtimes beautifully (actually roll down a few ) and somtimes what you see, but believe me when you really into this game youll pass right by it cause you taken by the rest of the game.

I found this little glitch in HL2, First in the later levels where you get the motion sensor gun turrets keep them with you its a biatch but just carry them around, up and down stairs, its a pain in the ass but they really help you later..... well when i got to the part where you save Dr Vance i set up the turrets and the flockers shot him out of the pod dead..... and actors freeze and look at you like WTF? any way i thought it was cool, sense you cant really kill any of the good guys as a result some of the turrets go against you.....

hell... half of the freaking furniture i bought for my house is from those fuken places! mostly wood/furniture i would never trust a mattress or a couch, not much for the mystery stains.

Im currently "trying" to play halflife, (gave it to my brother for a month and a half and he was supposed to give me his gfx card but he didnt whatever...) I dont have the money to buy a gfx card so i decideded to buy some ram instead currently im running 256 mb of ram and thinking of upgrading to 512,at a price of about $100, will this signigicantly help the load times and studdering that i incounter in the game? running it on medium settings and refuse to play anthing lower, runs great but my load times are well over 10 min and i get a lot of studdering. my specs 2 GHZ P4 256 MB (currently 58% Utilized w/ a few windows up) RADEON 9800 SERIES Thanks

ok final decision... Im not going to open it, love the Maxx but that figure really sucks to play with. from its lack of body movement to hollow shell of a frame, i would be just as dissapointed as i was as a kid trying to play with it again. but it would look just as good on display in the box. besides if i open it the population of unopened Maxx's would go down promoting their extinction, and as the value of mines drops down the $hitter every body elses Maxx would go up in value. I just cant do that to the Maxx

I think ill buy another one.... maybe unopened or even boxed.... That way i can play with it.... its expensive but dam I love the Maxx if any one wants some issues i got them all scanned, you can also get it off of suprnova..... Its funny though when i was like 11 or whenever this series came out I bought this toy. Opened it up and found that the Maxx'x body was hollow unlike most McFarlane toys where they are solid plastic, and the body frame movement is completely crap, but then again you cant get a wide range of movement this type of body style. But i was so pissed off I took it back. And ever since then yearned for this toy.
