I've been starting to hate Intel as of late, they're just pushing out products so they can compete with AMD, just because they have their 64-Bit CPU out. I'm running on a P4, but planning to upgrading mine to one of them slick 64-Bit CPUs AMD has got. The problem is, should I hit the AMD64 or the AMD64FX. Same applies to nVidia, just rather pushing out useless products just to compete. At last AMD and ATi have been listening.

I'm using the Xarcade two player joystick set I won from a LAN party a while back. I just want to build a cabinet now, since i got most of the internal already (extra comp good enough for mame and winkawaks, TV, mouse, video card that was s-video). Xarcade joysticks you can get at www.x-arcade.com for 100 bucks USD + s&h. I like the quality of them, very responsive, I currently use it with my dreamcast and sometimes my PC if i'm up to moving it.

Well, yeah, building an arcade cabinet. I already have the joysticks, i just want to know how to build the cabinet. BTW Jamma boards are expensive, thats why i'd rather use my pc to emlate them.

But the change characters thing adds new creativity for combos . Try a simple one with Iori and Gato.
QCB+A (2x), Change Attack to Gato, A, A, QCF+A, Zero Kiba DM. Thats around 10 hits if you dont count the lag time, Timing is the key for a combo like that.

Theres nothing you can do about the codes, if you dont like them, too bad. Its how things were made. Like Shin Gouki and Shin Mr.Karate for SVCC, enter the codes within 5 seconds of the select timer.

Time for a change people, get your comps upgraded. If you're planning to play all them Next-Generations Games like Half-Life 2, and Doom 3, and with the slight possiblity of Halo 2 PC. That lame Radeon 8500 won't do you any good anymore. Unless you like playing at everything off, and lowest resolution.

I found this game so annoying that you can not change tag whenever you like. The gameplay is a little bit fast and all end up with the same ending. Is there a special ending or boss here? Anyway here are some of my screenshots
Thats because its very abusable. Adding a few seonds before you can change attack or change is very good and balanced.
You must do a DM or LDM on Kusanagi to see the endings.

SFEX was not made by Capcom, it was made by a different company. Capcom moved their fighters to Sammy's hands also. What I'm afride of is that Sammy will turn King of Fighters into a pure-ish anime style fighter compared to now. Where SNK likes to add so much detail.

The MVS is suprisinly the most used Arcade unit in Brazil, Japan and Euro as to the US/Canada. If you think SNK is lazy, Capcom's been lazy for the past 6 years. Releasing 10 different versions of a game for the same console isn't going to do you any good. Althought SF3 was different, they came out with 3 different versions adding more characters. A little too late if you ask me. Also these days, you don't see the qaulity fighters they used to put out 5 to 10 years ago. Only SNK and Sammy still follow the tridition of 2D fighters and manage to put out some decent fighters, GGXX isn't the greatest, by far its pretty scrub friendly, as compared to an Capcom game where the Top Tier list is 3/4ths the roster. I say Capcom has finally given up on 2D fighters, and they leave it in Sammy's hands now.

If you didn't know SNKplaymore is putting all their major game departments into Sammy's hands. That means, Sammy will develop the games from KOF2007 and on and put it on their hardware and SNKplay more will just get sales.

I've been playing the game for a good 10-15 hours after its release. I'm making a faq for it thats why i've been playing it for a while, especially Chizuru and Maki.
Maki is crazy, a souped up Chizuru '96
Kusanagi doesn't full do his Koto move if blocked anymore and he lost his Rei Shiki! NOO!
Chizuru is slower then her '98 version

Gato is missing 6 moves, and is suprisinly combo friendly :/
Anyone that used in SVCC is there with the same voice actor. Mai's new voice is from SVCC for example
Yuri's idle sprite is cute as ever

Edit: This year's stories and endings are interesting. This Arc is bound to have stuff based on the past kofs, 95,96 and 97 really.

Try reading the FAQs at gamefaqs, they give out the changes and upgrades to the characters in the guides.
