  1. Ok.

This is why religion and politics were prohibited in my old guild. It can easily become a battle of ideals. Which... mind you, are opinions. And history is filled with wars over ideals.

It would be nice though, if we could talk rationally about our differences, even if one thinks the others beliefs are not. (rational) It was going well.... then someone figured that they were gonna tell someone the way it is... STILL OPINION... which circumvented the flow of the thread. Thank you everyone, who caught on to this flow.

  2. Um.... She is kidding....... actually.... I don't know if she is kidding.

As for my story, Id have to break the seals guarding my mind from the horror. I was 17 and I didn't wait for anyone special. That fact alone is bad, but she was......... how to put it......... Um, I just wish I waited alittle longer heh. Screw the details. Ahhhhh.... I broke the seals!

So yea, unless your first companion exploded into tiny Gibs during sex ..... I have the worst experience. A testament to thinking about it first. Ohh, the humanity........

  3. Hey...... don't be hard on yourself. You look fine. I try to refrain from smiling in my pics, just ask Explosive Misanthropy. I too, think I look worse. But it's not true. The fact is, I have to take alot of pics to get 1 good one. I'd upload an example of a bad pic of me.... but I would never forgive myself. And if anyone thinks I already have bad pics of me up, you have nooooo idea....

  4. Hey thats nice. It reminds me of the thoughts I had about this. The younger ones not knowing what our old systems are. Does not make me feel old though.

So yea, I had the basics.

    Nes

    GB

    Genesis

    SNES

    N 64

    PS

This is my 3rd or 4th PS2. I've gotten rid of certain systems, due to circumstances one way or another. And I regret it. It's not that Id play them all the time, It would just be nice to fire it up one day. (whichever system) Well when I got the slim PS2 I decided to never let it go. And therefore, my game collection grew and grew. It would be bigger.... but I've become broke. I think I'm at 65 games for the PS 2. I love me some used games at GameStop.

My games are amazing. Although I don't play them a whole lot lately. Like I said, it's nice to fire up an amazing game when the mood hits you. And yea... Thank god for emulators. Even though I miss those old controllers................

  5. Sorry.......?

And ca-mon..... you know I like it when you call me Belthasar....... ok just playing.... it does seem wierd..... I'll get over it. But it makes me think, If we all became good buddies, and got together for a weekend or something, would we be calling each other my our tags? Well, I think Robert is excluded......

  6. One time, I was lying in bed, looking up at the ceiling. The door in my room was open and the light from the kitchen was running along my ceiling. That was what I was looking at when my eyes shut. And then I opened my eyes, just as if it was a long blink, and it was morning. I was fully rested, and it felt like I blinked for a moment. How the hell was that possible? But it happened.

I've been re-reading this over and over and I'm not sure what you're trying to say.

But didn't you simply close your eyes (fall asleep) maybe when the sun was coming up and you woke back up a few hours later when it was fully daylight?

I understand what he's saying. That's how it felt for me that one time I fell asleep for 24 hours. The atmospheric lighting changed because it was obviously a different day... and what felt like a momentary eye shutter felt like everything changed in that instant.

Yes indeed. I meant it figuratively. I fell asleep, and when I opened my eyes, it was morning. Time passed for me in an instant. You know when you wake up, and you don't remember your dreams? You still feel that significant time had passed. For me that night, morning came to me instantly, it seemed. That is what I meant.

O yea? Neither do I. But These kind of talks, or debates, whichever side you find yourself on, can last forever. Because when it comes down to it, we don't know anything at all, and can't prove jack.

That's true. But still fun to pontificate, though.

It sure as hell is. And I'm glad my thread here is getting so much feedback. Also, I hope we can have further discussion on many topics in the near future. Perhaps I should get my gears turning and get a thread or two out there.

I am Belthasar's girlfriend....man says some crazy stuff.... One of these days I'm going to make a video and post it so you can all see if for yourselves...hopefully, he'll be clothed....

    Oh great...............................

  7. A topic guaranteed to cause trouble...

    You were right......

    I hate this kind of thread. It always comes down to 2 different expressions;

    1) I am of X religion, am happy with my beliefs whether you agree or not. This is the righteous and arrogant response.

    2) I don't believe in religion in general because of X rationalisation but have formed my own morality to live by. This is the cynical at best, equally arrogant at worst answer.

No offense to any of you guys- you're just answering the thread topic. Maybe because of where I'm at or whatever right now I don't like this kind of discussion and am taking it the wrong way.

Usually it does come down to those two sides. But Game Cop, Fatal Rose, And I, made sure that were just merely saying..... we respect any and all beliefs. I personally don't say anyone is wrong.... because who the hell am I. I think were all in the same boat, just sailing through life.

    Oh, no offense taken.

  8. Well, If you can call me anything, It is Christian. But to tell you the truth, I hate the concept of religion. All it ends up being, is a battle of ideals. I mean, how many religions stem from the exact same bible, that so many use? One guy says this. Another says that. It's all left to interpretation. I believe that too many people end up telling you are wrong, and your going to hell or whatever. I read this pamphlet just over a year ago. You know the one, it's a tiny booklet. I won't say what religion it is, as not to step on any toes. But the prayer in the end included, "please forgive me God, for I am a sinner, and deserve to burn in hell" I'M NOT KIDDING!!! It actually said this. Now there is a revised version, and it doesn't say that.

Look, Alot of the religions have the same principles. And who is to say any one of them is wrong. So you gotta just live and let live. Live through example, not forceful preaching. I think Game Cop and Fatal have the right idea.

I've also learned to respect all religions. Honestly, I even have no problem if someone doesn't believe in God or hates God for that matter. I will not argue with you or harass you in anyway.
I respect all religions as well, and I have never tried to force my beliefs on anyone.

You see, the only thing real in this world is each other. We are the only things that matter. Everything else is pointless.

Point is.... its faith. Faith is just that, it's something you cannot see. It's something you feel, believe in, without any true proof. Although, I feel that I have my own personal proof, per say. And that is the same basis on what each and every one of you use in your decision, to either believe in something, or nothing at all. Faith is blind. Thats what it's all about. It is something you gotta find on your own. No one can make you do anything. We always have a choice. And that is what I think faith is all about. If I gave you the answers to a test, you would score a 100% and learn nothing. You would then forget the answers, and the whole ordeal would be absolutely pointless. I stated in another thread, do things for yourself. This is because, you have to do what is right, under you own understanding. You just gotta be you.

Usually I leave an incredibly long post everywhere I go, but I decided to keep this one concise. Or I at least tried to. I don't want to sound preachy. All I wanted to do is put in my 2 cents.

  9. Ok. My girl and I have studied these pics. She came to the conclusion first.... We were looking for similarities. And pic 2 and 3 are the only 2 that you can actually do a decent comparison. Wanna know how she got to this conclusion before I did??? Well.... your never gonna believe this!!!!!! Nipples.... yea. Hahaha. She pointed out the darkness of the nipples. You take a look.

But the second factor, was the torso width. We think GC is the man on the right. That guy has the wide torso, just like the guy kicking. And it ties in to the first factor. I also have done a comparison of the brow line. I'm convinced this is him. And Fatal rose also brings up a good point, that ties into the mix, This man, on the right, does look very friendly, just like our Game Cop.

21992vz1.jpgTake a look it the guy kicking.

32000nc5.jpgNow look at the torso width of these 3...

107059053.jpg060620_lexluther_vmed_3p.widec.jpgWho knew that Game Cop was actually Kevin Spacey???

  10. I got some great news. I actually went and bought the sandwich from Jack in the Box a few days ago. The sandwich was quite tasty, but I thought the chipotle sauce became the primary flavor of the entire sandwich. I couldn't even taste the tomatoes, and when I added onions, it barely added to the taste differential. If you want to buy a mildly spicey chicken sandwich, this is probably the best you can get in a fast food place. I think maybe next time I'll them to add mayonnaise to the sandwich for extra flavor.

Also, I was surprised at how the thick the chicken was. I chose the crispy chicken instead of the grilled.

I also was impressed by the lettuce that Jack in the Box uses because the quality tastes a lot better than many other places like Wendy's.

Anyway, I took some spectacular pictures below. :P

...... aw man.... I told ya. The tomato was not ripe, that is why it lacked flavor. And the lettuce did look good. But that sandwich looked NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT! I'm so fed up with fast food..............................

Um..... did you take that pic in the lobby of Jack in the Box? That would have been hilarious!!!!!

  11. Well, When I was real young, I was awkward. I was very insecure and let people walk on me. In middle school, my attitude started to change a bit. But just slightly. By the time I hit high school, I really started to be... somewhat secure. I wasn't really popular, BUT, I was cool with everyone that was a cool person. I have been slightly overweight all my life. In my posted pics, you may not see this. But I see this. It's how I perceive me. Back in the day, I cared too much. Now I don't give a damn. Sure I want to look good, but I don't, so flock it. You see, you will NEVER truly be happy, or be able to make someone else happy unless you are happy with yourself first. To some extent of course...... It is THE 1ST RULE!You CANNOT make someone else happy. They either are happy with who you are, or they aren't. There really is no gray area on this. If you are looking for happiness in others, you will fail. If you are happy with yourself, and surround yourself with good people, then you will find happiness.

SECOND... You have to get over yourself. I have a friend, who is real lonely. He has said things like, you always seem to get the girl. He is totally jealous of me at current. Thing is, he is an ass. Straight up. He turns into an asshole more often than not. Also he tries too hard. When you TRY... your not actually being yourself. 'Cause I don't have to try to be myself, I just am. You don't have to try, you just are. Anything else is fraud. Sure, you can want to change things about yourself. For instance, I can be an asshole too sometimes. And I don't like this aspect of me. I do my best to just let things go that are bothering me, instead of letting it eat away at me, and make me .... well... a douchebag. So yea, in certain things, you can try, per say. But... Going out of your way for something trivial, is meaningless. It's a waste of time, and let me tell you, we don't have any time to spare on BS in our lives. It is if I blinked, and now I'm 29. And besides, Yoda said it best. "Do or do not... there is no try" So my advice on this point. Be yourself. If there are things you don't like about yourself, just work on them. Don't be something you are not. You WILL fail, one way or another.

Let me tell you from personal experience, do not ever, I repeat, ever, change WHO you are for anyone else. If you are to change, do it for yourself. What I mean is, if there is a change to be made, it has to be REAL in your heart and mind. If you do something for someone and not yourself,(and trust me, you probably wont know if it is truly what you wanted until its over with), you will not attain true fulfillment. And all that you invested, will be lost. (TIME)

Doing things because you truly want to, is the only way to attain trueness with yourself, which in turn, is the only way to be able to truly be there for someone. Rewriting yourself for the sake of others alone, will end in a horrible mess. OK OK redundant...... have to get that point across. Sore spot.

So, this works in reverse...... Don't try to change other people..... (My girl just reminded me) If you have an issue, talk with them about it. Do not try to change them. Sure there are little things that really do not count. But if someone talks alot, for instance, do not try and make them shut up all the time. My friend of 10 years is going through this with his wife......I caught her telling him to zip it. She is always trying to re-write him, it will only end in critical error. C U Next Thursday.... Beooootch.

I'm sorry, I read GC and Fatal's posts, and I got on a tirade. This is what I want to leave you with. Be yourself. Don't put up with BS because you are lonely. Or else you will be even lonelier than before, you'll just have this person to answer to............ And if your with some beotch, or asshole, you will not only be unhappy, but possibly miss an opportunity to meet a better person.

So if you are happy with yourself, you exude confidence. Confidence is a multiplier on how ones perceived. And remember, guys.... if you have the confidense to just talk to a girl, you already have what it take to ask them out. GC was right, you're just too shy. And Fatal was right, you gotta know how to act. And my answr to that is, get in there and learn!!!!!!!! Don't let those douchebags keep getting the girl you numbskull!

Approaching a girl isn't actually hard, what is hard is getting over yourself, the problem lies there.

Oh, By the way, those guys in the pics are Douchebags, and I am not jealous. Ha ha they look so silly.

Sorry again, about the rant. Just be glad I didn't go into Ultra detail.

  12. I'm not saying it's me, but wherever I go, WHEREVER. Good times seem to meet me there. Iv'e always been real lucky. From what you say, it just falls perfectly into that category. It is the same old story for me. And again, I'm not saying it's me, It just fits the bill.

The only thing I can say, is perhaps I brought good luck with me. Maybe thats what I have always brought to the table consistently. Lets hope it rubs off, and everyone gets a raise, or paid vacation, or something.

  13. OneTrueBlade.... You seem to agree with me with not being able to speak properly because of way different brainwaves. And I can see what you mean by "Dreamlanguage" ...... You mean to say, that your brainwaves are not aligned to the wake realm, and therefore, there is no way of interpreting said output, no equal.

What I think kinda meshes with this concept. You see, I know for a fact, that time is relative. There have been times when I dream fantastic dreams, totally detailed and colorful. (Firm believer that I do indeed dream in color, as apposed to just remembering it in color) The dreams can be expansive. Epic even. And when I wake, hardly any time has actually passed. I have kinda studied brainwaves as well. The mind is capable of GREAT things. I feel that it makes sense to say, that when you sleep, time is either sped up, slowed down, or non existant. It's as if you are in another reality. Your reality is governed by your perception, especially ESPECIALLY!!!!! when you are asleep. It's as if you are in another dimension. Sounds crazy, but think about it. Sometimes dreams seem more real than when you are awake. (Matrix) heh. I have actually woke up with overwelming sadness, over the emptiness or void that I woke up into. (I think I was dreaming about a non-real significant other. This time that I refer to was very very real. It was like I was in some different reality or something. It was just too real.) This sounds crazy......... I know...... but listen to this.

Also, I remember that I once woke up, as I was dreaming about this girl. I kissed her in my dream, and I actually felt her lips. That sensation woke me up.

These are just a couple of times, where amazing things had happened. We could go on and on about the science of it all, but suffice to say, when you are asleep, you might as well be somewhere else. Thats my 2 cents.

  14. Well my Mom always told me about trying to wake me for school. She said I'd speak some nonsensical gibberish. It was like I was speaking in another language. I think it is the fact, that when you are asleep, your mind is not affected by real time flow. I think that my mind was operating at such a speed, that my mouth was incapable of keeping up. Stranger none the less.
