That is what i hate. Multiplayer. Whatever happened to the good old days where everyone is enjoying a single player game?
Well, there is a mode that differs from previous UT games. Its more like an Unreal game, as opposed to the tournament style. From what I can tell, there will be multiple choices that affect the game later on. Like stealing a technology will unveil a new vehicle that isn't normally available. And if you screw with a particular faction, they will become vindictive later on. So there will be some depth to the single player modes. But I do not know the extent of the new modes, there are others that are still secret.
As the End stated, He played a lot offline, the previous games AI are pretty good, so this new installment will undoubtedly be better. Unreal games have always preformed well in all areas. Hell, I still play UT. Its dated, ugly, but is still damn fun, even to this day. There are so many servers still up, although about 15-30 at a time running when I'm home. But my point is there are still fan boys of the old school, and for good reason.
This game is focused on multiplayer, As in there will be others on your side, as to specific game modes, I am unclear. BUT, If that isn't your thing, perhaps this isn't your game. But personally, I love FPS. Out of all types, this is my strongest. I usually start out mediocre, It takes me awhile to ........ Format myself to the mechanics & physics of a particular game. and the Dreamcast Lover wasn't lying, this is a fast paced game!!! I like being able to out maneuver someones attack. Dodging back and fourth, Circle strafing, Double jumping to a wall and backflipping off it behind my opponent. I might as well be in the Matrix. UNLIKE IN HALO!!! I despise halo, it's like your playing on the moon.
The known game modes are amazing. There is plenty to choose from. Onslaught was ...... too good. I cannot emphasize how fantastic this game will be, but all in all, it's still an opinion. Gears of War was great, but it's a different monster.

I have always loved Unreal, I have waited for so long..... I will be building a Computer..... mainly for this game. Yea yea, I should have one built already. But I wonder if I can make a good balance between required and suggested, On my limited income as of late. Guess Ill save and wait for Black Friday to hit. I haven't been price shopping lately. Damn... I better get on it!
And yes, This is THE game! Absolutely RIDICULOUS! Hell, when it comes out, we should form a clan!

Well, got the farthest with Yabause, But it crapped out at the end of the Saturn screen. Can't figure out the other ones I have. But I figure when I have some time, I'll mess with them again. Heh, yea, I just might end up picking up a Saturn and Guardian heroes. But I will also build myself a new computer, once I get a new job, I'm just barely making ends meet. I guess on Black friday, I'll pick up a graphics card. DAMN YOU SATURN EMULATIONS!!!!

Ok thanks for the info. SSF_008_alpha_R7 opens, just long enough to look at my hardware, and die of laughter. With these others, I still have a bit to go..... I want to play this so badly!!!

Ok... If I took my time, I would provably find the answer, BUT, I'm kinda busy lately. And impatient. You see, I just started in the ISO side of things, and I likely don't know what I'm getting myself into. I got about 4 different emulators, that just happened to be referenced in this forum, SSF, CASSINI, I don't remember if I had SATOUME, but I have Yabause_0.8.0, and that one doesn't like the bin file of my Guardian Heroes. So, Either I am doing something wrong, I.E. inexperience. Or my game is Crap. Also, I couldn't get one of the emu's running. (my computer is vintage)
Here is my main question. What should I look for now? In terms of updated. Least issues with Guardian Heroes specifically!!!! Yea my PC has some HORRIBLE stats, but it doesn't have one problem with NeoGeoX5.4.E, Though were talking apples and oranges, aren't we?? Any help on the performance side of this would help too. As in, If ISO style emu's are hardware hungry, what is my best bet in terms of lightening the processing load, like converting it somehow some way or another. Keep in mind I'm new to ISO's (GH is the first and only one I have) (MUST HAVE!!!) Perhaps I should study more on the issue. But I figure, Any info you guys can help me with, will be a TREMENDOUS help!

Hey, My computer is CRAP! I will be building a new one from scratch, and, well... I am Noobed out. I am currently absorbing & learning as much information as I can about this. My friends are a great help, BUT, what do you guys think. Dreamcast Lover is absolutely right. You need 60+ FPS... But my pocket isn't so deep. And as far as this goes, I dislike compromise... But i might have to. "2.4+ GHZ Dual Core Processor" is inconceivable in terms of price. And "2.0+ GHZ Single Core Processor" is cheap as hell. I want to run this monster like it deserves.
I have a 32" Wide Screen 720p and 1080i as my monitor. Its 1600:1. I'm not complaining, I love this thing. It's called an Olevia, and it cost me $560 after tax at Circuit City. Thing is, I don't want to turn settings down when I get it. I want to turn them levers UP UP UP! And If it isn't great, It'll stick out like a sore thumb on this screen. What to do what to do. I gotta find a balance. Say I go with ATI stuff, they seem to be more moderately priced. And obviously, like branded things are a must. Least hickups or whatever. Do you think ill find a good medium? If not, what the hell do you think I should look for. Id hate to spend over 600 dollars, But I think Ill have to.
Mother board seems to be my biggest concern. V-card, whatever, Ram, who cares, these will be fine, they are not so bad on my pocket, but how can I hammer out this motherboard issue!
Any input would be beneficial.
