... my condolences to you and your family, and your boy's family.
I recently survived a highway car accident on the 6th, being sandwiched between a tow-truck that rear-ended the car I was in as passenger in to a pickup truck in front, along with a 4th vehicle (I have photographs but my lawyer doesn't want me talking or sharing details about the incident). I was asleep when it happened and knocked unconscious for a good 6 hours where I woke up in the trauma ER with a concussion and brain hemorrhage, some internal and external damage, then my family found me. I had no clue about any of it happening or the experience of it and being here, now, hearing about your son and thinking on my circumstances, it just makes you wonder ... why am I here and he isn't?

Sorry for your loss, my little sister died of it when she was 2(I was 3)...I still have memories of it(the police, EMS etc), which really sucks because I don't remember ANYTHING else at that age.
Was he not vaccinated for it? They have vaccines here now, and all my kids are.
All i know is that he had all his jabs.
I just live day to day with a part of me missing.
My memeory as a kid is weak, I remember very little things from ages of 3, remember more stuff aged 4. Then by 5 i remember everything

I've been talking to Will and he has been pretty good with me, others like Jitaway have lost a kid too so the empathy is there.
A good day for me is getting out of the house, and not having anxiety attacks and my stomach/guts going to whack with panic.
Its a cruel f***ing world man.

Hey.
July 28th My son became ill with flu/cold symptons.
I'd just got finished in court for my "access" to my kid when my old man showed up at the door and told me he was in the hospital and had been diagnosed with meningitis. Two hours later he died, doctors put him into a sleep so he could fight it but it wasn't to be. He caught the worst of the worst kinds of this illness.
It's took me a while to post about this as many of you are my faceywacey book friends and already know, but tonight I just thought I would let some of you know about this. People often say "i dont know what you're going through" for the most part you just go in to a zombie like state, then when the haze of shock wares off you start to enter a living hell.
My faith in Jesus Christ and experiences with the holy spirit have stopped me going over the edge or doing anything that turns the lights out.
The strangest thing happens, I can think about my son Dylan and be sad, but if I think of Jesus and my son then I can break down in tears, or feel comforted.
Dylan was my only son/child he lived to the age of 3 years and eleven months.
It was the greatest privilege of my life to know what we are and can be, and to feel the love for your child is an amazing experience that changes you forever. It is a gift from the Lord, I only wish Christ would not of harvested him so early.
A truly Cruel act of nature as dylan was a strong healthy boy, I didnt get to spend as much time as I would of liked with him but GOD I TRIED, the mother was too young, too short sighted to see the bigger picture with a court system wired up to backflip in to hot coals at the mothers request. I was treated like a heroine addict with numerous rape charges in court.
I havn't got much else to say other than if you have kids, if you have loved ones embrace every second of every fucking day.
This is a deal I never thought I would get in life.

I missed this, but I will say...Shenmue sucks donkey nuts. I tried getting into the games, it's worse than grinding an MMO.
I was mental for the original shenmue, I adored that game when it came out over here.
I remember a guy I worked on a job for was a 56k dial up beast, he downloaded virtua tennis on it!
At the time you could download shenume but it was not translated to English or voiced, so if you got it you had to put up with the jap/chinese subs.
Anyway I got it on the day of release, remember walking round that little town and the sun used to go down and ho home for sleep.
That cat in the cemetery? I used to go to the shop for milk for it, but my second time round I wouldnt give it any milk.
When the game ended and you had to go to Japan I was pissed off, shenume 2 was just as good IMO but I did lose interest eventually - one of the QTE when you are running through the streets used to always screw up on me no matter how many times I used to try and get it right.
Dam I miss the snes/64/dreamcast era of gaming.

I have never once, in any province, EVER heard ANYONE pronounce it "Aboot". It's pronounced just like one says "Shout".
You, like many Americans, must have Canada confused with Scotland.
Or it's a Southerner thing in the US, because they DO say "Ruff" for "Roof" and "Dallar" for "Dollar" etc...maybe they hear like they speak lol

About the Xbox pad support, it was not the game, it was my PC glitching out, I workround that glitch. lol. But still why was it showing the PS4 controller on the config screen? While Sony does not officially support that on the PC?
My new PC specs is: (thanks to the fact I landed the job with feelunique.com, they specialise in selling cosmetics products, I work as the web developer)
AMD FX-9590 4.7GHz
32GB RAM DDR3 2133Mhz
2x AMD Radeon R9 290 (Pre-overclocked slightly)
Just a few quirks, but the framerate is mostly alright.
IMO Steam could of done a lot than the refunds system, e.g. setup a team to test 3rd party product they going to sell on their store.
Your system specs are pretty high mate, impressive rig to be fair.

This was my legitimite experience of Final fantasy 7 on the PSone.
1. Got it.
2. Loved it.
3. Leveled up.
4. Did EVERYTHING.
5. Time to put in disc 3.
6. Dragon fight.
7. Not enough levels.
8. Try to go back.
9. Cant go back.
10. The end.
Happened.

I knew about this, they seriously have been sent a warning shot across the bow with the steam refund system, ok it might be peanuts for one game but if more people got a refund then these corporate beyachis cant be so cock sure of projections without releasing a working game.

Im not asking for any links guys, but does a hacked rom of Street fighter alpha 2 and donkey kong country exist?
They have copy protection on them, this is for a homebrew project I have going.
