BobRedthorp Posted August 21, 2004 Author Posted August 21, 2004 WOW, just got the game, and what can I say except my trousers are brown!
Agozer Posted August 21, 2004 Posted August 21, 2004 WOW, just got the game, and what can I say except my trousers are brown! There's nothing worse than walking in a pitch-black area armed only with a flashlight and then an Imp appears.
Ryuken Posted August 21, 2004 Posted August 21, 2004 is it me or is the imps got stronger than before
Agozer Posted August 21, 2004 Posted August 21, 2004 is it me or is the imps got stronger than beforeTrue. They look cooler, are faster and can climb on walls and ceilings. Sweet.
BobRedthorp Posted August 21, 2004 Author Posted August 21, 2004 Just for a laugh I tried it in the ultra setting with 2* FSAA at 1024 * 768, to my amazement it actually runs playable, with a little slowdown, which was expected, but I notice a big slowdown when opening doors.

Onening doors always give the evil slowdown. I use Medium Setting and there's no slowdown whatsoever.

If you have the harddrive space (4 gigs+), you can unpack the pk4 files and that slowdown should disappear.
