In Street Fighter Alpha 3, Bison is already a playable character. Why would you need a boss hack for that? I think same goes with all the Alpha series.

im just trying to get the bosses in alpha 3, a without entering the cheat, and the final bosses, if possible. and akuma in super street fighter 2 turbo

I don't know of any hack for Super Turbo. Your only hope to play as Akuma w/o the code is to use a cheat file. I don't know if the emulator you're using supports cheats or not (you are using FBAX, right?).

What? It isn't there by default?

nah, watch play as him regular, then use a cheat for the "Final" or "Boss" Vega and you'll see the difference

yes i am using fbax, im looking for any cheat file or somthing to hack, like in neo geo if its even possible...most og the cheats wont even work because i have mostly euro roms and when i try to do them it wont work. the usa roms for alpha series are hard to find

Go to RomShare to grab any of the older Neo Geo and CPS-1/2 roms. You'll have to sign up, but it's free. They have every version of the roms, they should be in the MAME section for the most part.

I don't personally know of any. It's quite possible, but you'd have to search for yourself as I haven't had any results (I haven't really searched all that hard, though).

Why would you need hacks when most (read: all) CPS emulators have built-in cheat databases. That database holds everything you need, and if you need more than that, you are out of luck.

His problem, I believe, is that the cheats don't work on the European version of the roms. I don't know if that really should be an issue or not, but if it is, he might as well grab the Japanese or American roms as they're just as easily available.

no thats not the problem, i can get the usa one, i mean the cheats pick the bosses in the game dont work, but the cheat datab ase....i dont know if i can even use it because i use fbax to play my games

Ahhh...so that's why you probably don't have the cheat database.....maybe.
