Well, I've read a lot of good things about the Fatal Frame series in other places as well. So, I'm gonna try and give it a rent. Fatal Frame 1 is hard to find for some reason, and one place that has it sells for around 50 bucks -- which is about the same for Fatal Frame 2.

 

So, yeah, probably rental first, and then I'll decide.

its easier to find on Xbox for some reason too which doesnt make sense because alot more copies where made for PS2

 

This game is like the Official Underground game if that even possible

The reason you find more X-BOX games is because they were realeased later than the PS2 ones, most people bought those immediately and left the X-BOX games for the newer crowd.

not really because this game was actually pulled from the shelves for PS2 (or at least thats what the guy at the gamestop that was there before me says) and Im guessing the same happened for Xbox because i have only seen it online

So the first Fatal Frame was banned or something? What for?

 

If that's true, I'm guessing that if I can find it being sold, then I should get it.

 

Edit note: Okay, so some guy at gamestop told you that. :/ Well, either way, for whatever reason, this game is getting harder to find. I still see RE series being sold (yes, including the much older ones), so it's pretty lame if you ask me.

I work at gamestop, i ment one of the guys that worked there before me, he said it was pulled because it was scaring people and people where actually complaining about it (freaky huh?)

If what this guy said is true, then it shouldn't be hard to come across an article annoucing this.

 

Well, just be sure to take what others say with a grain of salt. I mean, the X-box version is still available, right? (I'm not certain on this, but you say you work at gamestop.) So, what's the problem? Also that thing was rated Teen, although I'm not saying it ain't scary or anything.

 

Besides, Fatal Frame II is still widely available -- although it was released only 3 - 4 months ago. But still, why is this still being sold; is it any less scary?

 

Damn! I'm definitely gonna rent these out.
