- plugins: Improved their addition/removal. Fixed crash if there's a problem with a plugin.

- aplscar: Removed due to fatal error at start

- motoxgo/clones: Removed due to total freeze at start (regression)

- backfire: Applied fix to stop fatal error at start [cam900]

- mbeeic: patched a bug

- treeview: added folder to show games that don't support savestates

- treeview: if cache files go missing, automatically recreate them.

- Split diff folder into per-game folders to mitigate name collisions.
