The long and intense job of upgrading from 0.245 has been done over the last month.

The minimum OS requirement is now Windows 10 build 1607, 64-bit.

Nice work on the 288 bump.

I noticed a bunch of software lists have apeared in hash and the old mvs_quik & neo_quik are gone.

Wondered what was haperning? Is this new stuff for HBMAME or a merge issue?

It was a mistake. Ignore all those lists. The mvs/neo_quik have been restored for the next release, and are unchanged from before.
