help with nulldc

i opened up null dc and it says failed to start d3dx9_37.dll was not found. try reinstalling it and i did but same thing

 

 

then the black screan stops at using recompiler and thats it can anyone help plzzzz

 

then when i normal boot it just doesnt repsond

That dll is part of DirectX. Make sure you have a fully updated version. Go here, download that and update. Also you can use 'dxdiag' in Start>Run to give you info about your DirectX installation.
