Then go grab yourself a fresh copy of the windows user friendly version "Mame32.65 " http://www.classicgaming.com/mame32qa/[This will link you to another page, you can use the public server for the download] 2.Read and find out how to set up your new emulator(Where to put roms=games to play with the emulator.
