I got a DvD+RW that has some stuff in there that i need to copy over into my hard drive. but everytime i do, i get a popup saying "cannot copy (file name here): The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error" I am using an Emprex dvd-rw 8xIve used Liveupdate to update firmware so its pretty much up to date. the drive works since i was able to see the files and actually copy some stuff over. but most of the time, its this I/O error that jus kills everything. this even effects my burning when it comes to burning movies or whatnot... so what can i do?
