  1. No matter what advice we give, there is no tried and true *formula*. Guessing what women like/want, for the most part, is like forcasting the weather. Sometimes you can get close, but for the most part, you're never going to be right on the mark. Then there are those occassions where you can be totally off. Unless you're Mel Gibson's character in the movie, What Women Want.......

  2. LOL, that was indeed good, especially reading most of this thread after a long day of work. I was pretty confused by it all when I read the fist few posts this morning, and I was hoping it was just an AF joke, but being fairly new here, and with the amount of people involved, I was't totally sure that it was. Nice job to all who were in on it *Hands out Oscars to GC and Agozer, and supporting role Oscars for the rest*.

  3. If the PSP can garner a really good selection of games within the first six months without alot of delays, which is looking the case, and they can maybe throw in a price drop of about 50 bucks, I may just end up buying one. The price is really the main issue holding me back right now though. I'll admit, it looks like the only handheld that can really do damage to Nintendo's grip on the handheld market.

  4. bleh, why buy it when you can read most of the interesting stories just waiting in line to checkout.

That's a bunch of ignorant bullshiτ. Basically everything in Weekly World News is interesting. Besides, check-out lines are always fast when I go to the store, because I'm not stupid enough to go during peak hours.

Sometimes you just can't go grocery shopping when it's dead, so it's not a matter of stupidity. And to clarify to the first part or your response, *I* can read most of the stories that *I* find interesting while waiting in the checkout line. :P

  5. 1. I've had to deal with this several time, with my ex. She'd start trying to hit me, and I'd either let her do it once, then block the rest, or just block them all. Of course, when she did hit me, I couldn't help but start laughing , which only pissed her off even more. Not that the hits didn't sting a bit, but just to try and keep my cool and not get overly angry.

    2. I have to agree with Jjangthekid on that one, to a degree. If she's going downstairs with the blows, push her away or at least take away the weapon if she has one, then try talking to her, from the other side of the bed. That way you have a bit of a barrier. Of course, in the end, she'll probably get you back, one way or another.

  6. I've seen a few here and there in stores I've been in the past few days, so I can't say they're flying off the shelves around here, but then again, I don't live in a really heavily populated area, either. If you can find one stateside, I'd do that, rather than importing.

  7. Bruce Campbell is one of the more well-rounded individuals in movies/TV/video games....Even though his movies are never hyped up like Star Wars movies or the like, he always puts on a good showing. His shows, Briscoe County Jr. and Jack of All Trades, were short lived, but funny as hell. He also had appeared in several episodes of Hercules, and Xena. His other video game credits are the voice of Pitfall Harry in the PSX Pitfall game, and Tachyon, the Fringe.

I heard rumors about that Freddy vs Jason vs Ash movie as well, Solidius. I hope they do end up making it sometime. It surely could be made better than FvsJ was.
