  1. to fumanchu bor is in there and you gave them wrong info about connecting to xbox homebrew...tell them it is as per the readme FAQ and list of stuff is in the console supported games file
  2. why would I do this....6000 games is alot of games do you really need that many.....it will slow the gui scanning though multiple vids and multiple screenshot folders
  3. OK ill use the aspect ratio people saw in real life....not sure about saves I tested sonic 3 on mdrive and its fine....I tested supermario world and it was fine.... Removed restrictions on adjusting screensize to sd aspect in hd....so you can resize it to that ratio and it will still remember it...although I would just enable aspect correction for consoless button and all will be done for you
  4. also aspect correct ill take a game system like SNES its native res is 256x224 so the correct aspect for this is 547x480 in SD and 720x820 in HD with this you get black bars on the side in SD...due to the way TVs used to work (non digital,non pixel) it viewed like this 640x480 in SD and 960x1280 in HD with no black bars down the side...... I am thinking the true aspect ratio is not the native res but the TV 4/3 aspect ratio (not the pixel perfect one that would be 3.42/3 aspect ratio.... Note this doesnt include hand held and only TV viewed Please pick one...the way it would have displayed or the true pixels created in the game even though this isnt how they sized onto a TV... you have 48hours to let me know or ill pick the one I think is true

  6. sorry im not sure what games save and what doesnt need all the cores tested.... eg Ill start SNES - SAVES WORK MDRIVE - ? PCE - ? N64 - ? PSX - ? NES - ? SMS - ? GB - ? GBC - ? GBA - ? ***N64 and Final Burn will get the same treatment when its finalised...I looked at cheats can you expain how cheats work on xport emus? how to get to them? ***SMB path needs to be setup as smb://workgroup name/computer name/path to share/roms not D://roms
  7. I just said a page or two back that it would support it the syntax im not to sure about...try googling CoinOPS smb support help and let me know if you find out how...if not ill find it...
  8. ill finish this stuff up and then ill port this stuff into the final burn core so its linked and consistant...this is the plan for R3(finish console stuff) and R4(port keymap, aspect correct and screensizing the same as consoles into the Final Burn Core).....it should give people most features they have asked for and seemless in CoinOPS without over cluttering the GUI

New Settings in CoinOPS Consoles Use Correct Aspect Ratio ENABLE Disable (if enabled screenresizing is disabled and console screensize is aspect correct for you) Linked Keymap to the CoinOPS setting to disable keymapping...so by default you cant adjust the keymap for console just like arcades Made the remapping screens look much better with the game showing in the background like the screensize adjustment page

  11. Linked coinops aspect ratio to the cores.......I need help to put in pixel perfect...if none come soon ill just do aspect ratio correction for now

  13. please read the forum...the answer is yes...to smb on most stuff I thought saving was happening can you test a snes and see if its happening...I only tested Megadrive and SNES and that was before I reopened all the cores If they arnt ill fix it in R3 Retested SNES and its working it saves all your saves I need this tested for all cores and also are all the mapping things all good.... Im fast working on all console stuff and want to tidy it...stuff like the blackbackground for keymap is fixed

I can add a background very easily and have it coded in that build...I just didnt add a background.... im not sure it needs it as I dont think people will remap there keys very much...taking screenshots is something I dont care abotu they are so easy to get elsewhere and its a pain filling up your hdd with unwanted screenshots. I havent looked at puzzel bobble 3 my guess is its like bubble booble 2 the xbox doesnt have enough grunt
  15. what do you think of keymapping? alot easier than the other emus to work out what button is what and map...am I right or am I right.... I had to rewrite the code and then figure out every button and where they where on every controller....man although using a common file for this stuff is a good idea it made it very hard to work out what was going on...and also ment you had allow for two button mapping which doesnt work with in game keys and only with gui keys Anyways hope you like the improvements alot of this stuff has been asked for a bit the console path sould allow for smb console support and also console support from dvd is setup correctly.....I might expand on this if people use it and definable paths for alot more
  16. ya...its due to massive amount of games now....and the tracking if you delete the catver.ini and removed most of the games it would boot the same...but I gave you an option to remove tracking and speed up the process and added it to the FAQ alot arnt reading it first....

  18. there are tonnes of issues in old games alot of sega and some cave and even some capcom games are buggy or crash at cirtain resolutions. CPS2/neogeo works well though so ill leave that core unless people tell me theres new neogeo games then ill add them Patched in old version of pykio drivers in Final Burn core as they are speed optomised (clouds look funny but smoother frame rate) also it should fix the bug where the final character wouldnt show in dragon blaze
  19. all the stuff from latest sources.....no idea what they are just updated the core to allow for later stuff like arm...it will give final burn people fixes like gunsmoke....although that worked fine in mame hopefully one day I can work with or get the sources for pgm latest from iq hes gone offline for a while as he has no internet
  20. For R3 started updating the final burn core....unfortunatly the final burn core has alot of bugs to sort out....but im working though it....when it works right its very smooth and fast.... allready patched in most fixs from iq

  24. lol looking though jodo901 whoever gets this stuff is in for issues.....I just looked though his stuff and he left in large files that arnt needed and deleted small files that are needed....expect issues and beware he doesnt know what hes doing and has introduced newbe mistakes, he didnt test in hd and sd etc and I can easily see the areas he didnt test as a few things will now crash....he posts on xboxisozone they can do what they want but once again I feel sorry for people getting this build like rx he wouldnt listen and made clear errors that I could see in 5 seconds...but hey its up to them there downloads are tiny now....so the errors wont spread to far....anyways if you see people from there or post there id warn them and point them here ill help them produce a small version and there are 2 small versions I did out now.... If you want to make a diff version contact me and ill tell you how to make your own pack...as this stuff is just the blind trying and getting it 95 percent right... anyways......its a shame to see people that dont know what they are doing pretending they do and insulting me and then others suffer from there clear bugs...by not giving people in the know a 5 second look....alot cut off there nose to spit there face and try to pass themselves off as helping aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh you poor people
