The Glitches

Mission Skipper forces a mission to end so it might glitch up the game
The Color Shop could crash version 1.01 and 2.0 of San Andreas
Sometimes the transients pee forever and sometimes the pee still comes out even though they are not peeing
If Bullet Time is enabled, any area where you need to press the SPRINT button might crash the game
Sometimes the Bullet Time timer does not work right
There is a maximum speed number for the speedometer for flying vehicles and that cannot be increased
If you "climb" in front of a vehicle, you might get merged into it or the vehicle disappears
GTA2 Camera will be a little jumpy
When you spawn the RC Tiger in remote mode, do not press the FIRE button
Spawning bikes or boats in remote mode does not let those vehicles be remotely controlled
Weird things can happen if you start a mission when you are not suppose to start it
Adjusting certain stats in the game can make the game weird
Spawning too much objects or peds in one place will crash the game
Sometimes changing into a ped make you uncontrollable

I have beta 1 at the moment, anyone who played GTA SA and liked it or played the Budwin edition is in for a treat very soon.....

I will try and make this a dropbox exclusive for the first couple of weeks before releasing torrents online....

I met a guy today at work who wrote a couple of games for the Amiga, we got chatting and he showed me his site... These games are really cool and the story for one is nothing short of amazing.... Both are availible to download and also some C64 stuff he wrote
We have all heard of a certain game by about stealing cars and free roaming enviroments right???

You wont find the Marvel \ DC version just yet... Its in beta at the moment... I have the IMG file so if you grab the budwin or pitch edition this file just replaces it
I have not put anywhere to download as its only a beta so you wont find it online
It is almost the same as the budwin version but the Peds have changed
Joker, superman, batman (different version) iceman etc etc LOAD of new peds, Billboards etc... Budwin will be also changing the load screens and start screen (I helped him with the artwork for those) but he has been working on this for MONTHS
Example Venom is 390MB, he needed to be remodelled to 90mb to fit or the game kept crashing
FULL CREDIT TO BUDWIN FOR THE TIME AND EFFORT HE IS PUTTING INTO THIS PROJECT !

personally id just use hacked pads its cheaper and you can custom design everything... also use i use 4:3 tv but its your call...

ps i also have an x-arcade and the connectors for xbox too.... are you in the UK?

edit: nevermind i deleted save files and gta3.img files on x y z now it works

in my honest opinion, its xbox all the way, limitations or not..
Ive seen tons of cabinets that have a keyboard and mouse and are PC based... to me that just looks odd and nothing like I played as a kid.
I admire what PC cabs can do but not the look and feel of them, I seen one with a joystick that controls the menu... bizzare
boot time is a nightmare, config also a nightmare.... you would benifit from more games but look at what are your true favourite games... I bet 90% or more play on xbox.
I love the layout and look of hyperspin but the config and options are just a nightmare...
Love it or hate it, you cannot beat Coinops in a cab... you ask any cab owner running coinops.... If there is a substantial ammount of games you play that dont work in coinops then go for PC... For me it is like 50 or less so its gotta be coinops!
There is nothing better out there, BP's creation of a multi launching emulator in 1 GUI its perfect for a cab and is the reason I built a cab in the first place...

just released today is the unreleased game for the megadrive Beastball.
this WAS released on the amiga 500 and atari jaguar but by the name brutal sports football.

Beastball is a game that was to be ported to the Sega Genesis by Spectrum Holobyte. The game was released on several other consoles as Brutal Sports Football and Crazy Football on the Jaguar and Amiga.
The game plays out as a futuristic sporting event. Your goal is to have your team score by throwing or drop kicking a ball into the goal of the opposing team. You can punch or tackle opposing players, pick up weapons like swords, bombs, and shields to attack the other tam, as well as pick up items like a rabbit or a turtle that will effect your in game speed. The game ends when time runs out or you decapitate every member of the opposing team.
At the end of the game, money is awarded for how many points you score, how many players you've killed, and if you've won. You may use this money to heal players, or to increased their stats.
There are 3 modes of play: League, Unfriendly, and Knockout. In league, you attempt to bring your team to the championship. You can record your progress with a password. You will compete against other humans as well as various other races. In Unfriendly, you choose a team and play against the computer or a second player in a single, best of three, or best of seven format. In Knockout, you can create your own 12 man tournament using any combination of human and computer players.

well... the shoe is on the other foot. emuxtras can't be linked but you can say google it and you'll get what you need, so if you say emulabs and google it i think that is ok.
i went to the site and it's dull... there's a post saying that mame should be taken out of coinops...
i like coinops before the consoles added but... i'll leave that alone.
the site has been open 3 weeks.... and im sure its had many many more hits that this place, but thats not what its about. its about helping people who want it
as i jave said before and I will say AGAIN.... I like the Xtras stuff, always have always will.... what I do not like is the BS war between everyone so I stay out... I piped up as someone needed help and got turned away by Link over a LINK (kinda ironic) whoever said no posting xtras links wernt me...!
I mentioned in before about links in signatures and copywrite stuff but that was not aimed at xtras , it was again a point about me teling people where to get help and files for coinops.
I grabbed the xtras stuff and SEEDED for AGES.... same with the MSX stuff recently I seeded over 70gb...
I love coinOPS as its in my cab and eveything just looks nicer accessable in one place and is hands down the best thing on xbox 64 or 128 tusty boxes !

I have a request/idea, although it might be some work to implement and there is a workaround with hardware but I thought to mentioned it.
If FBL could be controlled via usb keyboard, or allow control mappings to work with keyboard presses as well as gamepads, then any usb arcade sticks that cause keypresses could work with out additional hardware (apart from a cheap xbox to usb female adapter). In my case, it could allow me to use the x-arcade without buying another £30 adapter to convert the keypresses to xbox gamepad presses.
just an idea anyway.
the x-arcade adaptert pops up for £10 now n again... and the jamma timer board...
I got an x-arcade for £30 then a week later 3 popped up from arcadeworlduk....

theres been alot of talk about trustys upgrades on several topics recently ive heard about these upgrades but dont know
the main reasons for getting one plus any downsides to this upgrade
can anyone who knows more about this or actually has a trusty box please provide some more info about this
or at least a link to somewhere we trusty noobs can find out more
you can email trusty, i think a mainboard with CPU and Ram upgrade plus heatsync is about $220 so roughly £150
make sure you order the correct board for your box.... no point ordering a v1.1 if you got a v1.6
I really want one but just cant afford it, and to be honest there aint enough games to warrent me getting one unless i come intio some money, or get a little win on the football....
Maybe one day you will see a coinops 128mb version that has only games 64mb cant handle... Im sure it was discussed months ago but dont quote me....
