    What got ya into Computers?

    well my first pc was an Amstrand (europe) where you could load tapes with games it took most of the time like 1/2 hour to load one game <_< it was in grey scale, no color at all, then i was hooked to consoles from atari until now i only play with consoles, i don't use pc for playing, i don't i just don't like it, i use it mostly for video and audio capturing and edition, dvd ripping an edition, download, sharing music, videos as a server with my xbox, etc.

    Everyone loves Nintendo, but it's easy for some to say they don't want "kids stuff" laying around their living room.

    Compared to everything else. Nintendo's "kiddy stuff" really kicks ass. It's just advertised as something like that because of all the "E" games. Has anyone looked at the Metal Gear? The Resident Evil? That other game thats violent?

     

    And if Ignition Entertainment (SNKP's Euro distributer) releases Metal Slug or anyother game on Gamecube, SNK U.S.A. might port them over, FOR THE GAMECUBE. EAT THAT M$!

    I really love Nint. the Gc is a great system with great games, people won't give it a try cause they think is directed only for kids, that's not true, i think their mistake is not full filling everybody needs as sony and MS does, their marketing sucks they should improve in this area and for the next gen. release a GREAT system.

    one thing for sure, hdd, i wish they could release a console with hdd and softws installed to run any type of media as i do with the xbox but this time released by the developers of the system, the abilytie to storage games in the hdd and play them online ( i know that won't happen cause of the piracy, Phanton?), i really want a console with multimedia use.

     

    For nintendo i hope they come with some new ideas and a great console, i used to be a nint loyal but for 2 generations i've been really dessapointed with them.

    I use opera 7.52 i like it better than firefox or i use MYIE2 as a 2nd choice, if you press F12 you can block unwanted pop up as you want or block all, you have email integrate, good for me :D

    I have (had) a 10 GB HDD, but I screwed with some partitioning stuff and accidentally turned it into a 8 Gb HDD. Woe is me. Beat that, I dare you.

     

    If I was an emo fag, I'd write a gloomy poem about it.

    use partition magic and when u set it up use primary partition and you won't loose any amount of gb, trust me, i use to loose so much :lol:

    i just recently got this problem, during this weekend i had to reinstall winxp pro in my PC for a couple of time, it matters that after some use of xp, let's say install softw. internet browsing, etc etc i can't get my laptop (winxp HE) to access to my shares files in my PC as i used after every reinstall, i had this adv: you can't access to \\computer name, you don't permisson to access the shares of this network, please contact your system adm". First of all neither in my pc or laptop i use any account to log on, i mean wth is going on? eveything was working fine until i had to reinstall xp this weekend, now is all a mess.

     

    can you guys plese help me?

    I've just installed this software in my pc and ran win98 with it and connected to the internet but i wish to know, how can i install or use win2000 or xp with vm ware?

    I only used it for BAMF's pie tracker, but then that stopped working for me. I tried using it for the GBA romset, but got pissed off over that when all the downloads quit working for me.

     

    I tried portforwarding, which didn't work, so I decided that it's probably for the best.

    I tought i was the only one with this issue.

     

    I used to use BT a lot especially from sprnv. but i discovered the newsgroup and newzbin and no more BT, newsgroup are faster and you can find everything.
