i've done it before (was subbing stuff from english to arabic and vice versa)
it's actually NOT HARD , but it is time consuming.
first , keep in mind you're going to hafta watch what you're subbing at least twice while writting down everything.
then you translate it and rememeber what each character said and when (in case you wanna assign a font or color to each character for example)
then it's a simple editing process in any video editing suite.

at level 99 , ALL enemies are bitches and goodluck trying to get ultima's off of marboros cause you need them badly in junctions.
Screw that. You can just draw Ultima from Island Closest to Hell/Heaven.
not to mention the last boss, who really DOESN"T need to be reached at the last level otherwise it's a luck game after her second transformation.
Well that's true. But try your hand at beating Ultima Weapon and Omega Weapon, those to kick ass.
Eden early = teh own.
Malboros = Bad Breath = Total and utter owning in a second.
but you DON"T get owned when your levels are lower than 99
same with ultima nad omega.

yes, you draw them from there, i can't recall if it was ultimas or meteors that you needed to draw from maraboros, and at lvl 99 they're bitches..

word of advice, DON"T try to level up.
unlike most rpg's ff8 has a system where the more powerful YOU get , the more powerful your enemies get.

Bah, Learn arabic.
it's not as hard as japanese, but i doubt there's ONE pronouncable sound made that you cannot pronounce or spell perfectly in arabic.

i really hate teh fact that they're turning kof and other snk games 3d.
even though i DO like fatal fury wild ambition.

But the hardcore gaming market is not a big market hence we don't really matter that much.
of course we don't matter to the business models, but if they did have any decency they'd at least keep us in mind.

interesting to note that my psx controller failed after 6 months of use.
my NES controller still works after over 16 years of usage!
and it works perfectly.
the problem with gaming these days, is all these god damn mainstream gamers... they've forgotten all about us hardcore gamers that made the industry what it is in the first place!

the dreamcast was my last hope of gaming finally being fun again.
but the problem was it was too biased sadly.(beat um ups can only get sooo boring)
